"Internet was good. Breakfast was great. Staff at the front desk was very friendly. I know some people complain about the uncomfortable temperature in the rooms (to cold when it's cold out and too hot when it's hot out) however it really wasn't terrible and having read the reviews I knew this was a possibility. I also saw complaints about a lack of elevator and no notification regarding that however after booking on Expedia I received a message from the location and that was part of what was in the message and they stated if you had mobility issues to call to ensure you had a first floor room. Realistically for the price it was better than expected. Biggest complaint would be the shower didn't get very warm. Would definitely stay here again "

"Hotel is showing its age, rooms and fixtures within rooms show signs of wear and tear. We had been in Moose Jaw a few years back and had thought we stayed here, booked it and realized our error when we arrived. "

"Heater did not work and staff knew it. Put us in a cold room. Got a heater the second night but should never have been out into a a room with NO heat."

"We had the Victorian room on the third floor. It was lovely including a jacuzzi tub. Breakfast was delicious. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable about the history of the house as well. Will definitely stay again."
