"This was a couple days stay, and my 1st time in Seattle WA so I was satisfied with my stay. The room was nice & clean & the staff was very friendly and helpful."

"We were just staying for a "quick" night before flying out. It was a great experience. The hotel was close to the airport and was surprisingly quiet for its location. Our room was clean, comfortable, surprisingly spacious and quiet. The staff asked up front if we had any special accommodation that we might need. We did not have anything, so we were asked if we minded being assigned an upper floor room to leave easier access rooms for others who might need them. I was incredibly impressed with this. We did not mind being on an upper floor as we literally were just looking to crash for the night! There was a place to eat at the hotel. It was reasonably priced and the food was pretty good. We got the breakfast the next morning. It was enough to get us through our flights that day, with us just looking for some occasional snacks to get us where we were going. The shuttle service was quick and very easy to use. The driver was awesome. He gave us good recommendations for dinner. The driver to the airport in the morning was also nice and pleasant, especially at the time in which we were catching the shuttle and getting to the airport! I'm definitely not a morning person so I appreciated the professionalism at this hour... Overall, it was worth what we spent and I would definitely stay here again in the future."

"Smelled of strong weed in the hall, room had a bad smell as well, bathtub was plugged up. The only good thing was soap included and towels and ok beds"

"Room was clean and comfortable. However, you have to call for a van pickup at the airport.. this information was not printed anywhere. We had to get a taxi ride. Very upsetting when we had traveled all day. "

"The elevator (1, other wasnt running) was super slow. We waiting a long time for it. It got very irritating. The coffee maker, Espresso or whatever it was only made a tiny amount of coffee at a time. My husband likes real coffee. There were no options for it. "
