Dirty hotel with disgusting staff

The hotel is impractical. Bed on Mezzanine floor , bathroom downstairs. Rude and untrained staff and waiters. Rates charged are disproportionate to the ambience and service.

Not worth the price you pay. Rude Staff.

Not a pleasant experience. The Hotel staff specially at the reception was very rude. I had my booking done through Expedia and the total package cost was 15,000 inclusive of taxes which was clearly mentioned in my confirmation voucher and itinerary. The Hotel asked me to pay for the taxes which are above 15,000. They told me that 15,000 is only the room rent and the taxes will be extra. When I showed them the voucher they said it's mistake from Expedia side and I have to pay the extra taxes above 15,000. Including the taxes, I paid 18,500 for 3 nights for 3 people which does not include even the breakfast. Considering the amount I paid, the Hotel is not worth. Because of the miscommunication or overcharging me deliberately, rude staff, average hotel which is highly overpriced and the super expensive Hotel restaurant I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. For this price you can check other better options in Belgaum like Marriot, Sanman etc.
