「We had an amazing stay here! Would abolsutely stay again. Everything was perfect about the room and the property and it was walking distance to town which was great!」

「The place was really quiet and the view was stunning. The breakfast was really good as well with most food being locally sourced. The Panoramic Villa was nice, there was a bit of a misunderstanding at first when the host showed us the Villa but was resolved afterwards. Also the shower seemed to be stucked to really hot temperature but adding a little force to the other side of the fosset did fix it to more reasonable temperatures.」

「The property is beautiful, the location breathtaking and so peaceful. All the staff were so welcoming and accommodating, it honestly felt like staying with family. The rooms are tiny but well thought out, they are kept spotlessly clean, the property has such great character while being comfortable and inviting. The pool was hard to leave, so tranqil. 「Our stay at Casa do Rio was exceptional. There are 10 rooms with stunning views of the Douro River and vineyards. Our room was spotless and tastefully decorated, and we were welcomed with a plate of fresh figs and white port and all ingredients to make portonics. The grounds are lovely with an infinity pool overlooking the river and two semi private fresh water dunking pools. The food and was outstanding!
