「This place is stunning, simply put. They thought of everything - none of the details were missed. Hairdryer in room, spacious bathrooms and spotless rooms, lovely breakfast included. The views, flowers, sounds of birds and refreshing pool are what makes this a special place. Very close to train station in Regua, with lots of restaurants close by.」

「O hotel nos surpreendeu em sua localização, dentro de uma aldeia medieval, com seus funcionários que moram no local. Quarto confortável, aquecido, com camas confortáveis, roupas de camas impecáveis, travesseiros bons..uma linda varanda para a montanha que estava coberta de neve. Café da manhã com buffet muito completo, saudável, com qualidade e atendimento do staff gentil e prestativo. 」

「部屋が広い。プール、駐車場がある。受付にポートワインがあり無料で飲める。Ilhavoの町は小さいのでレストランに限りあり。ホテルから歩いて行けるMaradentroがお勧め。」

「Schöne Lokation」

「朝食はミニマムだったけど十分だった。ルーフトップからの景色は最高。エクスペディアにケトルがないとクチコミしたら、外出中に部屋の中にケトルが置かれていた。ただ、清掃不要の札をドアにかけておいたので、部屋に誰かに入られる予想をしておらず、少し嫌だった。あと、ケトル自体がすごく汚れていて、使う気がしなかった。ホテル側は親切でしてくれたのかも知れないが、私がいる間にドアをノックするか、少なくとも部屋の前にメッセージなどを添えて清潔なケトルを置いておくなど、もう少し気遣いがあっても良かったのではないかと思う」

「Beautiful hotel in rural setting. Owner Miguel reserved our Acoura 516 bridge tickets as our international charge card was not accepted. The continental buffet breakfast was delicious and freshly served. We enjoyed the fireplace in the evening which Miguel started each evening. If we return to the area to hike we will definitely stay here again. It was impressively clean and staff (his family :) friendly. 」
