"The feel and atmosphere of the lobby, rooms, and the grounds were AWESOME! Super fun to hear live music, and have fun activities to do throughout the property. Only negative is the road noise…which the white sound machine can help with, and there was no bottled water in the rooms. "

"Our stay was perfect for a game weekend! The space was laid out great for our combo of family and friends. The hall bath had 2 sinks / mirrors separate from the tub/toilet, which was great when shared with 5 people. We could get ready for the game while someone else was showering! The backyard was huge and we enjoyed playing cornhole. The kids even made friends with kids who live in the cul de sac and played some street football as a pregame. The location is really close to campus. You’ll likely want to drive, unless you’re up for a bit of a walk, but it’s really not bad. We didn’t have any issues that required the host, but he was super responsive leading up to the stay! He checked in mid-stay, too, which I missed because we were having so much fun!"

"Cane with friends and family to an Aggie game and the house was top notch. The rooms were clean, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. Plenty of room to accommodate all of us: love that there are 5 rooms, multiple beds and fun things to do there. The kids played with the pool table, sang karaoke and there is a nice big backyard to hang out at. We would absolutely rent this house again. Bonus: it’s so close to the stadium! Property manager was very responsive to us and extremely nice and helpful with our needs!!"
