Great place for weekend getaway

Property was bigger than I expected. Easy to find in the dark and the hot tub was a perfect relaxing treat after a day of exploring the area.

Wonderful Cozy cabin!

Cabin was located perfectly about 20- 30 minutes from Winterplace. The Cabin was clean and cozy. We had an issue with the fireplace but they came right over to fix it. Very friendly.

Great cabin!

Very clean, nice linens, well equipped overall. Check in process was simple, staff very friendly and accommodating. Good location near stores and restaurants. Hot tub was great for relaxing after a long drive. Would stay here again.

Peaceful and great place to relax…

It was very easy to rent and everything was just what I expected. We wanted to stay a couple extras days and they made that work for us. They were very helpful and friendly when I called the office and I really appreciated that.

Really big inside

It was just the two of us and we were between this and a bigger cabin. This was plenty! Cute setting that is quiet but situated right across from the office and outdoor games so I imagine there could be noise or traffic. Found some really good pizza right down the street, among other stores. It rained one night so we sat on the covered porch, then enjoyed the sound over night.

This was a very quiet area with charming cabins that were spaced apart. Saw deer in the late afternoon walking the property and enjoyed our quiet evenings.

Perfect Little Cabin

We had an amazing stay at “The Big Catch” for a short getaway. The cabin was perfect for two of us, plenty of space, all the essentials we needed. The bed does need a new mattress, but after all the hiking we did, we still slept wonderfully after some time in the hot tub. We are definitely considering coming back! We didn’t receive any communication regarding check-in until I reached out as we were heading down. The staff are super friendly and very accommodating, but if you’re going to be checking in after 6:00pm, be sure to let them know so they can set up a late check-in.

New River Gorge Visit

Very good location to see the area sites. Cabin was very clean with basic utensils and such. The bed was horrible , needs a new mattress , I slept in the also uncomfortable reclining chair. The couch was no better , also very uncomfortable to sit and read or watch a little TV. The hot tub on the deck was very nice and we took advantage of it ! It is a nice cabin in a nice enclave , quite and peaceful . As I said the place was very clean but needs a bit of comfort as I stated.
