Experience the charm of our attached 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom backyard guest house, ideal for two guests. Just 5 minutes from downtown Beaufort's shops, bars, and restaurants, and 10 minutes from Parris Island, perfect for USMC graduation families. Enjoy easy access, just 5 minutes away, to Port Royal beach, a brewery, and nature trails.

Pet-friendly with outdoor space (not fully fenced), this cozy space features a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and mini-fridge. Shared access to laundry facilities and 2 off-street parking spots are provided.

Pets are welcome with a $75 pet fee (limit 1 pet in the guest house), and guests are kindly asked to ensure pets are house-trained and waste is picked up. The guest house has a private entrance and shared spaces with the main house, which can be rented together for larger groups.

Small but great

We stayed here for a week while we were looking for a home to buy in the area. My wife and I really enjoyed it! It is fairly close to the main house which is also rentable but we definitely felt like we had our own private space. We would easily recommend this VRBO to any friends or family that were coming to visit us.

It’s quaint and quiet- loved the visiting cardinals and other birds chirping. Router needed reset at first and sliding glass door was stuck but overall a great place to relax and recharge. Thank you

Was a Great lil place to stay! & CLEAN

They hosts checked in the very next day, I asked if I could maybe get an extra hanger or 2, and within a few hours, 2 packs of new hangers were at the door! I am OCD, so cleanliness is MOST important to me and it was extremly clean, so I thank you for that! The bed was very comfortable and was in a friendly neighbor around 5-6 miles from down beaufort! Will stay again. Only suggestion I would have from a woman's prospective (lol), the bathroom sink/ vanity could be a tad larger. You know woman, I had to use window sill for my personal items. There was only room for my toothbrush on the sink. Like I said, adorable, I just felt bad using the window sill for my products (I didn't want to make marks on the paint). That is not a complaint, simply a suggestion. I loved it and will stay again
