"Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise hat die Kommunikation super geklappt.Der Aufenthalt in dem Chalet und auf der Ferienanlage hat uns ebenfalls gut gefallen. Die Umgebung eignet sich sehr gut für lange Spaziergänge, Fahrradtouren, Laufrunden oder Zeit am Wasser. Eine schnelle Anbindung zu Supermärkten und Shopping Möglichkeiten ist auch gegeben.Für uns war es ein rundumgelungener Urlaub."

"Verblijf was ok, accommodatie was netjes en schoon.Advertentie niet geheel correct. Wordt als appartement aangeboden maar is een studio. Leven, koken en slapen in 1 ruimte.In advertentie wordt sl kamer, badkamer en keuken apart benoemd. Daarmee op verkeerde been gezet bij het boeken. Ook zou er een vaatwasser zijn, dit was echter niet het geval. Bij aankomst bleek een lamp kapot te zijn. Contact met klantenservice van BlueGreen Holiday hierover ( lamp en vaatwasser ) was onprettig. Er ontstond een vervelende discussie. Geen fijn begin van onze vakantie. Lamp werd wel de volgende dag vervangen dus dat was prima.Qua klantvriendelijkheid is er verbetering mogelijk en t.a.v. de advertentie ook. Als wij hadden geweten dat alles in 1 ruimte zat( leven, koken en slapen) hadden we deze accommodatie niet gekozen maar dat is heel persoonlijk. Wij hebben liever de slaapkamer apart van de keuken en die indruk wordt ook gewekt in de advertentie . Slaapkamer wordt specifiek benoemd. Advertentie is dus voor verbetering vatbaar. Studio zit op begane grond onder meerdere bouwlagen en dat was dan weer een voordeel tijdens de hittegolf. Het bleef in de studio redelijk koel. We hebben overigens wel een prima vakantie gehad, los van benoemde zaken. Veel goede fietspaden dus veel kilometers weggetrapt."
