"Checking in was above par especially as early. Staff was friendly. Hot tub wasn't working and they ripped up entry while there as there was well making for alot of noise. (Bobcats, drills & trucks ) Parking was an extra 20$ a day although huge lot and tons of room. I felt complimentary parking would have prompt 5*"

"We booked through Hotels.com, and they goofed: We thought we were getting a Deluxe room, which is what we usually stay in (we are Best Western members, and won't reserve through a third party ever again). The regular room had an unpleasant odor, and the night manager Monica checked out several rooms with me until we found one that was better. However, it had a super noisy heater that cycled on and off all night (which kept me awake) and was on an exterior, noisier walk way, not in the main building, so the next day she upgraded us to the Deluxe room we had wanted all along. Monica went over and above to make us happy. Best Western, we have one suggestion for the next time you upgrade: Showers are much more pleasant with glass doors and a hand shower option rather than just a shower head and shower curtain. "
