There is a door that you can unlock between them, and both have a private entrance. There is a small patio with a seating area and a BBQ.

Phone service in Bayview is limited, especially if guests do not have access to the Verizon network. It may be best to have directions and lockbox codes saved before arriving in Bayview.

Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes a lock box, a lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay. This code will be sent in an e mail 48 hours before arrival.

There is a community hot tub if you are renting part of the Bungalows. You can rent the entire house, which sleeps 12, or you can rent only the top floor that sleeps 6. There is another option, you can rent only the bottom floor that sleeps 6. If you are renting a portion of the home, the hot tub is for all guests. There are rules posted and you need to adhere to the rules.

If you are renting the entire property, you have all the parking and only your guests will have access to the hot tub.
