"I would definitely book this cottage again. We were at a wedding in the area so the location was perfect. Our family of 4 had lots of room to get ready. Both the living room and the kitchen was perfect for hanging out. If it didn’t rain all weekend we would have made use of the outdoor deck and backyard fire pit. I’m really happy we found this cottage. "

"Lovely, clean property directly across from the Muskoka river Nice dock/sitting area to enjoy some reading and relaxing. Ample amenities, just remember (as Leslie reminded me) to bring your own bedding/towels. Firewood is provided as well, but check the weather beforehand, as there were some damp days before I arrived so if you aren't solid at starting fires, bring your own (and some softwood)) There are also neighbors on either side who kept to themselves, as did I so ZERO issues with that....

"We had a wonderful time. We got to see the sunrise and set every morning it was spectacular. We enjoyed the morning canoe ride, swimming. The lake is so clean you can see straight to the bottom. The whole boat house was very clean and organized. Communication was very easy. Everyone was so kind and helpful. If your looking for a wonderful getaway look no further it's a trip that is truly unforgettable! "

"Beautiful Inn overlooking the river in Bracebridge with a lovely restaurant underneath and big outdoor patio. The nearby water activities and nature trails were fun and relaxing. The price was relatively reasonable because we booked well in advance and a continental breakfast was included. Good value and beautiful spot. Highly recommend this Inn!"

"It wasn't fancy, and we didn't need it to be, but our room was clean. The bed was comfortable & we both had a good sleep. Air conditioner was powerful, which was great. We would ask for an upper level room if staying longer. We don't care for having a sliding door on a ground floor. Ours was on the street/parking lot side, so we just kept the curtains closed. We were happpy to discover an award winning fish & chip restaurant (with delicious halibut) just down street, less than a minutes drive away. Very walkable distance on a cooler day, plus there's a little cafe across street (didn't have time to use). We were only in town one night & the price was good & we were satisfied with our stay."

Family friendly in Muskoka

"Wonderful property, especially for families. Clean. Large well appointed room with everything you would need to make your stay more comfortable (fridge, freezer, microwave, dishes). Lots of food choices available, walking distance. The gym and pool were both clean and had everything you need. Outdoor space was a nice touch. Breakfast spread impressive. Would definitely recommend. "

"Great location, lake access was perfect. Lots of kayaks/canoes/life jackets. Games room fantastic. Asked for a refill of propane for bbq and had it within minutes. Felt like we were in our own place with no owners but if we had any issues felt they would take care of it right away. Would higly recommend. Already looking at bookings for next year!"
