気になった点 : 清潔度
The setting was beautiful, a shimming lake and a burst of colour from autumn foliage. Unfortunately the cottage was lacking. Shower door won’t stay closed, not a dresser, shelf, or hook for clothing, oven not clean, rack in backwards and fell out, extreme floor slanting. But, the most upsetting was the Lack of Communication with the host and the agency, The Muskoka Waterfront Retreat. We wanted a 3 night reservation, but mistakenly entered 2. When we received confirmation, and realized our error, we immediately contacted the host and agency… no reply. For the next 3 days, Numerous texts were sent to the host and 3 phone calls to the agency, who marked our request as urgent… no reply. It was not until 10:20 on the 2nd night that the host said we must complete the confirmation forms… no forms were submitted to us! When we returned home and I checked my Mac computer, there was one reply, which we did not receive on our phone. Surely “ calling us” directly would have avoided all this frustration. We Are Not Happy !!!!,
