「Nice and clean. Easy to check in.. 2 blocks from the beach and plenty of shops and authentic food in walking distance... We didn't need a rental car because this place is so close to the premier places to be in South Beach. This place has a Pennsylvania Ave address but it's literally a step from Washington. I plan to stay here again if I got to Miami Beach!!」

「Overall great stay and very accommodating.The property, staff, amenities and the surrounding neighborhood, is as described. Everything, EXCEPT the hot water, which went out for the whole day. We left with a cold shower, but we were so in a rush to enjoy Disney that day, we brushed it off. It was only when we returned, we realized it was all day. So we told the staff, and they fixed it, hinting that we would get a days credit refunded back to us for the hot water being out. I would return here,...

「This was an excellent choice for a budget traveler in Miami Beach! The view was beautiful, the location was awesome (right on the beach, but not in the heart of the chaos), and there were a handful of cute restaurants nearby. We liked Bernie’s across the street the best. The pool deck was large with shade options and the Tiki Bar was fun and convenient.」
