「This is the most GROSSLY misrepresented place I have ever booked. Absolutely unacceptable. From check in to check it was the MOST awful experience we have ever had. The place is just filthy disgusting. The walls, the sheets, the bathroom, the doors and every last inch of that unit. VRBO was responsive the only positive experience. If we ever got within any amount of distance to this place I would go out of my way to avoid it. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. 」

「The property is extremely outdated and worn (drawers don’t open, base boards and tile dirty and stained). There is no ramp to use with a stroller to get in and out of the property so you need two people to carry the stroller up and down stairs. You ca ask for an early check in, which is at 1:30. I inquired about an early check in at 9:00 am the day of check in. At 12:20 pm I still had not heard back from them so we made arrangements for a scheduled pick up with UBER and a late hotel check out...

「Love the stay a castle beach , close to everything, only thing I didn’t like so much was that I had to the valet to get my car parked and sometimes had to wait more than I wanted to to get my car from the garage , try to request your car when not that busy like check in and check out times , the wait was longer than expected, other than that we had a very nice time there .」
