「Das Hotel ist sehr gut, nur meine Unterkunft war für mich vollkommen ungeeignet. Habe eine wunderschön ausgebaute Bodenkammer mit Schrägen bekommen. Für mein Alter und meine Behinderung war das nicht akzeptapel. Auf dem Portal konnte ich das leider vorher nicht angeben.」

「Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt. Zimmer war gross mit schönem Balkon. Bad modern. Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich. Auch unser Hund war willkommen und hat sogar ein weiches Hundebett und zwei Näpfe bekommen. 」

When we arrived, there was no one available to receive or assist us, and there was no clear signage or hotel name to help us identify the property. The room also had no proper lighting, and basic essentials such as toilet paper were not provided. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the staff.
