"Staff were incredible. Always courteous. Also shoutout for the kind service - My child was unwell and they extended our check out time so he could recover and sleep. I was very grateful. There's also a great spread at breakfast."

"Fuss free hotel and directly connected to the mall with plenty of eateries and shops / medical clinics nearby. Also sheltered walkway to Gardens mall with all the luxuries. Overall quite a good stay and no complains. If there is one thing to improve on, it would be the television. It has very little channels only the local tv stations. but its not an issue for me. Breakfast buffet was also decent for the price. Highly recommend."

"Our favourite hotel stay to date, excellent staff especially Brian who checked us in and gave us many lovely recommendations. Rooms were beautifully decorated and newly renovated. Personally enjoyed this hotel more than Grand Hyatt KL which was also one of my favourite stays. Pool was small but lovely and clean with a view of the twin towers. Location was very good, around 14mins walk to KLCC with covered sidewalks most of the way. Would stay here again next time I am in KL!"
