The Space:
In the cottage you will find a light and spacious kitchen that is fully equipped with oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. A dining table seats six and is situated under lovely skylights that flood the room with natural light.
Relax in the cosy sitting room on the luxurious velvet sofas, and in the winter months enjoy the log burner. There is a further room with a desk that would make an ideal working space. The cute single bedroom can also be found downstairs.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and the bathroom with bath and shower. The front bedroom overlooks the park and has a comfortable wrought iron double bed. The back bedroom has a king sized bed and stunning views across the valley towards Box Hill.
The private south facing garden has a small table and chairs for soaking up the sun and enjoying a morning coffee or end of the day drinks.

Guest Access:
The entire house is yours for the duration of your stay.

Other Things to Note:
Free parking is available for a small car in the driveway or on the street outside for a larger car.
Two small, well behaved dogs are welcome at the property. There is a charge of £35 per dog that stays with us.
