"So the positives - the hotel itself was in a good location for what we needed, lovely friendly staff and the room was in excellent condition. The not so positive - the hotel uses the club facilities which was handy with restaurants etc close by and the pool if you wanted to but not quite the same as it being part of the hotel (and not a public pool etc). The real negative - we had interconnecting rooms on the first floor right above the reception area (with no wall for soundproofing in the corridor). It was NOISY and he first night someone played the piano in the lobby at midnight and the next night a huge group also staying in the hotel were loudly talking in the area until late (maybe about 10 or so). If you were adults and not planning an early night it might be ok but we had 2 kids and both nights they were woken or couldn’t get to sleep because of the noise. I would be hesitant to ever stay again even though it’s very handy to family we have in the area. Such a shame."

"The 3 bedroom cabin with carport we stayed in was absolutely beautiful! Dishwasher, great size fridge, oven, microwave, bbq on the balcony, pots/pans all cooking facilities you need to cook! So many pools, main pool, toddlers pool and my go to was the heated pool with jets! Nice stroll along the beach! Had so many options for lunch/dinner, the cafe inside the park was yum and very reasonable prices!! There were different food vans each day, The Cob Van, Wood pizza, a seafood van ( the prawns were amazing)! Definitely enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Blue Lagoon Resort Beach Park"

So comfortable place for the family with kids to stay.Children’s park is nexts door,My niece son enjoyed biking around the park.Over all very very good we are all happy The host is very approachable,Thank you very much."

"We were able to check in early which was great but after that staff were not available. We came back to our rooms to find we had no bath towels or bath mat and left a message on the number provided but no response or supply of towels. There wasn’t even a box of tissues in the room. "

The unit & surrounds are perfectly clean & tidy & the spa is set in a beautiful relaxing setting where all you can hear are the birds. My third time staying here in 4 years & hope to be back again for another relaxing time next year. Thanks again "
