This well appointed three bed, three bath condo, is the pride of ownership, situated in Silver Reef Development Complex , Frigate Bay, St. Kitts. Panoramic stunning views in a near perfect setting, with the islands most popular beach only a stone's throw away. This condo has been recently upgraded, and is in pristine condition with all the comforts of home. Open floor plan with well equipped kitchen, and tastefully decorated living and dining room. Can accommodate 6 adults, with all bedrooms airconditioned and spacious. Full size stacked washer/dryer. Three balconies and six large sliding doors, allows for lots of light, and cool breezes. Five minutes walk to beach. Close to a wide variety of restaurants, airport and two casinos. Development boast three pools, and breathtaking landscaping. Twenty four hours security , with guard gate and cameras. Vehicle available at moderate price.
