The staff at the hotel are just delightful and really go out of their way to be helpful. "The host was very communicative and addressed our needs throughout very well. Overall we were comfortable when windows were open at night for a nice breeze. It was a private basement apartment which took us a bit by surprise as there is no view but it was more than compensated by the view outside and the meticulous garden and private patio. There was good TV service selection and the place was very clean and spacious. "
