The Space:

Soft winter light settles over the Roaring Fork River as you step onto the private patio, the crisp mountain air mingling with the gentle sound of flowing water. Snow-dusted peaks frame the view from the spacious living area, inviting you to pause and breathe in the quiet serenity. After a day of exploring nearby trails or wandering the charming towns of Aspen and Snowmass Village, you return to a warm, inviting retreat where the fire of central heating and the glow of a 50 inch HDTV welcome you home. This riverside mountain haven balances comfort and adventure, offering space for up to twelve guests to unwind together or find a quiet corner for themselves.



Sleeping arrangements

The home features five bedrooms and seven beds, providing a mix of private rooms and shared spaces for flexibility. All bedrooms come with fresh bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, ensuring a restful night after a day in the snow. Five well‑appointed bathrooms are conveniently located throughout the house.



Kitchen & dining

A fully equipped kitchen awaits with a KitchenAid stainless steel gas stove, a General Electric double oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Gather around the dining table for shared meals, or enjoy a casual breakfast at the counter while the river glides by the window.



Indoor comfort

Central heating keeps the interior cozy, while a split‑type ductless system and central air conditioning offer comfort on milder days. A 50 inch HDTV and sound system provide entertainment for quiet evenings, and high‑speed wifi with a dedicated workspace lets you stay connected or catch up on work. Essentials such as a washer, dryer, hangers, iron, and bathroom basics are all provided.



Outdoor living

Step onto the private patio‑balcony to savor the riverfront setting, or use the backyard space for a breath of fresh mountain air. A BBQ grill is ready for outdoor cooking when the weather permits, and the private entrance adds an extra sense of seclusion along the water’s edge.



Neighborhood

Located along the Roaring Fork River, the home offers easy access to scenic trails and is just a 15‑minute drive to Aspen or Snowmass Village, and 30 minutes to Glenwood Springs. Nearby amenities include the Roaring Fork Club golf resort, the town of Basalt, a variety of restaurants, and grocery options such as Whole Foods and King Soopers.



Parking & access

Free driveway parking accommodates up to four vehicles, with additional street parking available. Self‑check‑in via a smart lock makes arrival effortless, and long‑term stays are welcome for those who wish to settle into this tranquil mountain escape.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. Safety and privacy are paramount, please note we have installed three (3) cameras outside of the house. Around the outside of the house pointing the keypad on back door, outside of the garage, and over front door pointing the entrance.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
