The Space:

Soft winter light glitters on the Roaring Fork River as you step onto the private patio, and the crisp mountain air invites you to breathe deeply. Snow‑dusted peaks frame the view from the spacious living area, while the gentle sound of flowing water creates a soothing backdrop. Inside, the warm glow of central heating welcomes you after a day on nearby trails, and the comfortable living space feels like a home away from home. Evenings settle into quiet relaxation as you unwind in front of the 50 inch HDTV.



Sleeping Arrangements

The home sleeps up to 12 guests across five bedrooms and seven beds, complemented by five baths. Each room is stocked with bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, offering both gathering space and privacy for families or groups.



Kitchen & Dining

A well‑equipped kitchen features a KitchenAid stainless steel gas stove, a General Electric double oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. A dining table nearby invites shared meals, and the layout makes meal preparation easy and enjoyable.



Indoor Comfort

Central heating keeps the interior cozy during winter, while central air conditioning and a split‑type ductless system provide year‑round comfort. Entertainment options include a 50 inch HDTV and sound system. High‑speed wifi and a dedicated workspace with a door support any work needs, and essentials such as a washer, dryer, hangers, iron, and bathroom basics are provided.



Outdoor Living

Step onto the private patio‑balcony that overlooks the river, where you can savor the crisp mountain air or fire up the BBQ grill when the weather permits. A private entrance and backyard space enhance the sense of seclusion along the water’s edge.

The property sits along the Roaring Fork River, just a 15‑minute drive to Aspen or Snowmass Village and 30 minutes to Glenwood Springs. Nearby attractions include the Roaring Fork Club golf resort, the town of Basalt, a variety of restaurants, and grocery options such as Whole Foods and King Soopers. Trailheads are close, offering easy access to winter hiking and snowshoeing.



Parking & Arrival

Free driveway parking accommodates up to four vehicles, with additional street parking available. Self‑check‑in via a smart lock makes arrival effortless, and long‑term stays are welcome for extended mountain retreats.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. Safety and privacy are paramount, please note we have installed three (3) cameras outside of the house. Around the outside of the house pointing the keypad on back door, outside of the garage, and over front door pointing the entrance.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
