Apartment in the center of the village of Barzio, ground floor, ideal for people with limited mobility due to its proximity to the shops in the center. It is located in a small building in an old courtyard, from which the two small terraces open. The house is carefully managed directly by the owners, who take care of the cleaning and maintenance.
The apartment has been recently renovated and offers a cozy and modern atmosphere. It is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, TV, and fast Wi-Fi connection. The double bed can be divided upon request, and there is a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom with shower is well-equipped, and the apartment also has a terrace overlooking a charming ancient courtyard. We also provide equipment to accommodate babies in their first year of life, such as a crib, high chair, and changing table. The location is ideal, being very close to the shops in the city center. Additionally, there is a free shuttle stop right outside the house, which takes you to the Piani di Bobbio cable car, a renowned ski resort in winter and a starting point for hikes, via ferratas, and e-bike trails in summer.
The apartment is located on the ground floor. . City Tax: You do not have to pay tourist city tax. Tourist tax: The municipality where you will be staying does not require the payment of a Tourist Tax. . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
