「Absolutely amazing property, with a beautiful view. Perfect upgraded Maine coastal cottage experience. The house had everything we needed to relax and enjoy being in Maine. The location is super convenient as well.」

「We had a wedding in town which was about 3 miles away- easy drive. The place was clean but rustic. Pet friendly which was very important to us. John communicated well/ a really beautiful spot waking up to beautiful views!」

「We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful rental property in Edgecomb! The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to Boothbay Harbor, Damariscotta, Bristol, and other nearby attractions. 「Arriving at Orchid Harbor and taking in the view, sound, and smell of the ocean across the lawn makes all of the daily stresses of the mainland melt away. The century old house is charming, welcoming, and comforting. It feels like you are staying with good friends or family. With all of the living spaces, it feels roomy and cozy at the same time and wraps around you like a hug. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. There are two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs....

「We absolutely loved our stay here! The location near the beach is perfect; what a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Of all the places we stayed on our trip this one felt the most like Maine. Maybe it was the beautiful character of the restored older home or the great, peaceful location near the water. We would definitely stay here again.」

「Home was perfect for our family gathering. The hosts were very responsive when we locked ourselves out of the house on July 4! Thank you!」

「We loved everything about this place! It’s beautifully decorated and feels like a home away from away. The host was wonderful and made it easy to communicate with her. The view from the deck is so pretty! I loved having a cup of tea out there and looking at the water. It was a perfect spot! We are so grateful!」

「House mostly as described, nice location in a quiet neighborhood, but close to Brunswick center. Window A/C units in the bedrooms and living rooms kept the entire living space comfortable during our stay. Cons: house is "surface clean" but needs a deep clean (quite a bit of dirt/dust on the floor/under the living room rug and couch, on the windowsills etc.), which made pet toys get a bit gross. Not super-well equipped in the kitchen (e.g. no spatulas, oven-safe cookware, paper towels).」

「The smell of the property was quite unpleasant. It had a urine smell. Large black ants alive and dead were in the living area and kitchen. The air unit in the bedroom was extremely loud. The dishwasher was extremely loud also. We opted the leave after one night.」
