「Wir hatten einen längeren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Aus unserer Sicht entspricht es jedoch keinesfalls einem 5-Sterne-Hotel. Der Zustand der Anlage ist teilweise mangelhaft: Stark verschmutzte Scheiben in den Aufgängen sowie lose Dielen auf der Pool- und Frühstücksterrasse stellen sogar eine Stolpergefahr dar. Der obere Pool war ruhig, aber unbeheizt. Der untere Pool war dauerhaft überfüllt und wirkte dadurch wenig sauber. Die Zimmerreinigung war gründlich, erfolgte jedoch sehr unregelmäßig....

「Our check in process was not smooth. Upon booking on Expedia I used the search parameters for 1 adult + 2 children. I booked a one bedroom suite knowing the pull out sofa will be used for my second child. I chose to add buffet breakfast as prompted when selecting the room. I paid EUR27 for the ‘add on’. 「The hotel was good but it’s hard to get around because the distance at least from our room to the beach/pool etc is quite long. Also, there’s a few restaurants but hard to get a reservation. The first night we got in we attempted to make reservations and some of them were not even available during our stay, and the first available time to eat our first night in was at 9:30pm.
