"Facilities and service were excellent. The food was varied and plentiful and some of it (baking, desserts) were truly outstanding. The live music and extensive children’s activities were very impressive. The children seemed to be having even more fun than the adults!"

"I booked this pousada for my mom and her partner, and they absolutely loved it! She told me how beautiful the place is. Everything is brand new, the service is excellent, and the hosts were incredibly friendly, offering great recommendations for places to eat and visit. She said she felt right at home, and they’re already eager to return. Hopefully, I’ll join them next time I visit Brazil."

"Passamos ótimos dias na Vivenda Oriente. Ambiente limpo e com equipe muito atenciosa e agradável. Café da manhã bem variado com opção de tapioca e omelete feitos na hora. Limpeza do quarto feita com frequência e tudo funcionando perfeitamente, ar condicionado, tv, chuveiro, frigobar, cama confortável. "Very good location, and lovely view of the ocean from the pousada; terrace equipped with tables/chairs and a pool. Beds very comfortable and rooms had a balcony which was an added bonus. Staff were also very helpful and attentive. Bathroom was on the tight side but functional. Breakfast overall was good but slightly basic. Would stay again!"

"The property is clean and designed well. It's quiet and has many amenities. The road surrounding the property is a mess and the area is still being developed. That said Maragogi is beautiful. Clear blue water and awesome weather. The bad is getting to and from the property. Rent a car if you can or workout transport in advance."
