「Excellent facilities for a large party with good provision of bathrooms. Kitchen well stocked with crockery and cutlery and large dining table for shared meals. Good outside arrangements for the better weather days. Good directions from owner gave shortest journey of 2 miles from nearest main road; once we knew the the route it felt shorter. Plenty of great places to visit only a short drive away.」

「This cottage had everything we needed and was the prefect base to explore North Devon. Very peaceful location with the owner close by if we had any questions or problems. We had an amazing time and would return again in the future.」

「Stopped here overnight whilst walking the South West Coast Path. Very clean and comfortable room with everything I needed after 16 miles of walking and ahead of 20 miles the next day! Lovely period hotel, fabulous sash windows, high ceiling, warm and cosy room, really nice feel to the place. The owner was very welcoming and friendly. Extensive breakfast menu, all cooked to order. I had a delicious vegetarian breakfast. Would highly recommend. 」
