"If you choose to stay at this hotel, you should absolutely not choose a corner suite. 7 foot ceilings with sprinkler heads in all the wrong places made me feel like I was getting dressed in a box. Severely damaged drywall and wall coverings from previous water damage and poor maintenance and cleaning. Black mold and white privileged attitudes. I would not stay there again, for free. Ownership should invest in local building demolition companies. Sad and pissed off that I payed to sleep in such a dump!"

"The property was not the worst I have ever stayed it. It was pretty close. The halls where dirty. The staff at the front desk where very inattentive. "

"Carpet in the room had blue painters tape holding it down across the threshold to the bathroom where it was pulling up. Stains on carpet that looked like it could have been dog urine, grass along walkway filled with piles of dog feces. "

"Arrival, parking, and check in were easy. Unfortunately, the room key cards did not work in our assigned room on 4th floor. Back down to lobby to reprogram, back up to room, still did not work. Back down to lobby to reprogram, back up along with hotel employees and key cards to another room. Original room did not work, neither did the second room. I stayed there while employee went back down to try another set of key cards for a third room. That one worked. I'm pretty sure we were put in a smaller room than what we paid for, but I didn't say anything because we had a room. The next morning we are at the pool a few minutes after 9 to swim, pool opens at 9, doors were locked. Several other guests were also waiting to get in. One of them went to front desk and shortly after someone unlocked the door from the inside to access pool area. A few minutes later a lifeguard arrived. "

"The staff is wonderful. The only negative is the bed mattress. It was so soft no support. Hard time sleeping my back ache was terrible. Hardly could walk the next day. Time to change mattress with some support "

"All aspects of my stay were great! Easy checkin, friendly staff, clean room, great pool/hot tub/workout facilities, and a full breakfast. The room offered nice bedding and I really appreciated having both an outlet and shelf next to the large mirror. Will absolutely stay here again. "
