お部屋からも朝食会場からもアドリア海が眼下に広がるベストロケーション！
夜遅い到着だったのでその時は気づかなかったが翌朝、窓からアドリア海がキレイに見えて大感激。朝食会場からのアドリア海の眺めもすばらしかった。 朝食は名物ブッラータ他、様々な果物、しょっぱい系も甘い系も色々あり、充実。いっぱい食べた。 お部屋もよかった。ただバスルームがすりガラスのみなのが女同士の旅とは言え、気になった。 チェックアウト時にフロントにいた若い女性スタッフも英語が流暢で親切丁寧。ただ１０：３０という混み合う時間帯にもかかわらずこのスタッフ一人のみなので列ができていた。私の前にいた女性は、ベビーカーで出るために（回転扉でなく）大扉を開けて欲しい、という要望を伝えるためだけに列を待たねばならず、気の毒だった。すぐ近くの事務所に他にもたくさんのスタッフが見えるものの誰も手伝う気配もなく、大変そうだった。５つ星ホテルなのだからせめて混み合う時間帯くらい二人体制にして欲しい。

流石に5つ星だけあって、設備、サービスともに素晴らしい。朝食のビュッフェも充実している。

いいホテル！！
泊まった部屋は景色は見えませんでしたが、高級ホテル？かのような綺麗なホテルでした。 英語を喋れるスタッフも24時間在中していていつでも安心でした。 朝食は普通でした。 立地はバーリ中央駅から徒歩10〜15分くらいで、海に面してて、旧市街、新市街、港にもすぐにいけて、スーパーも近くにあり、言うことなしです。 ホテルの横にある広場に、トレーラーの移動式のパニーノ屋さんがあって、夜お腹が減った時に、レモンビールとパニーノを食べに行くのがオススメです。

写真通りのかわいい部屋でした。
スイートに泊まりましたが、部屋がとても広く快適でした。リビング、寝室、クローゼットルーム、ジャグジーバス、トイレと部屋が一周回れるようになっていて、ベランダからは海が目の前で眺めも最高です。バーリは15：00～19：00頃までレストランが閉まってしますが、スーパーで食材・ワインを買い込み、部屋で酒盛りをしていました。これも部屋快適なのでできること！

The bathroom was molded, because of my condition I need to use several pillows I ask for 4 extra pillows they said they only have 3 extra because they were busy.

This hotel is ridiculously expensive for what it offers. It’s the type of hotel that pretends to be more than it is. There’s no parking lot in the facility as it suggests. Rather, they drive your car to a lot far from the hotel at the tune of 30 euros. Breakfast is 20 euros. Ridiculous and it’s just an okay hotel - in the US, a 3-star hotel. Location is waterfront and beautiful but it’s a good 15-20 minute walk to old part of town. Will not stay again and cannot recommend.

We had a sea view and large balcony on the 4th floor and we were very happy with it. We hosted a small birthday party one evening and watched skullers row their boats in the mornings. My wife and I had a massage and it was molto bene (From Palma). Bar was quiet but it was only late March. We ate out so I cannot comment on the hotel food. My friend said the breakfast (€20) looked really good though as he fetched a cappuccino for for his wife. The staff were very helpful printing tickets for Ryan Air (just email the front desk). We both enjoyed the small but warm pool. I used the gym too and it was fine but also small. The bed was very comfortable. I would stay there again.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. I wish hotel had told me about parking arrangement before I got there. Would have made check in easier. I stayed at 4 cheaper hotels in Puglia prior to this stay and they qll had better wifi, and showers- water temperature and pressure.

Great hotel with exceptional food and restaurant location, very good room, good location by the sea, friendly and helpful service. Impressive rooftop pool. Immediate area not that attractive but a few bars and restaurants.

Great location
Friendly staff, great location just south of Old Town and short walking distance. Rooms seems worn and cleaning could be better. Breakfast restaurant was located great at top floor with view of the sea. Good varion, but scrambled eggs not cooked enough. Great hotel, but should be 4 star, not five.

Das Hotel ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die City zu erkunden, essen oder aus zu gehen oder ebenso für einen Boottrip oder Strandbesuch. Der Stadtstrand ist zu Fuß etwa 15 Minuten entfernt. Viele nette Restaurants und Shops ebenfalls fussläufig. Das Hotel selber ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hat geräumige, ruhige Zimmer und verfügt über einen kleinen Pool auf dem Dach. Das Highlight ist das Restaurant in der 6. Etage, von dem man einen sensationellen Blick hat und abends den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

I would recommend even with the few negatives
Flight delayed so check in after midnight meaning only basic informatuon given to us. All staff very polite & friendly. Breakfast was fresh local produce with plenty of choice. Lovely view from room and restaurant. No hanging space for long maxi dresses in wardrobe. The roof top pool very nice plenty of sun beds, not big but def adequate. Service is lacking by the pool not easy to get drinks, once staff spotted quickly delivered. Rooftop Bar - was the dining room could only sit at a table with a view if eating otherwise like us shown to a dimly lit area which had a wall you couldnt see over. I agree with others 4 star not 5 if comparing with UK.

Disappointing
We were disappointed with our stay. Although the location is fabulous, the service was poor. We were alone in the restaurant and had to wait up to 20 minutes to be served. The room had a leaking shower and molds on the wall. Swimming pool on the 5th floor is great, but why not offer a bar service. For a price of over 300 euros, we expected more.

I only stayed one night after a long flight and dealing with lost luggage I arrive at the hotel. The lobby was beautiful and modern. My room was large spotless and the bed was very comfortable. It was late and large and I wanted to head out to eat something. Not sure where to go or it was even safe foe a woman alone, I was please to find that the hotel had a wonderful restaurant on the sixth floor with an amazing view. Not expecting much from hotel food I was more than pleased with one of the best meals I have ever eaten and the amazing service. I would definitely stay there again.
