Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Mobiliar praktisch aber nicht bequem. Große Gartenanlage, die aber etwas mehr Pflege bedarf. Wege ungekehrt und teilweise zugewachsen. Frühstück sehr gut und große Auswahl. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Pool mit toller Aussicht aber leider auch etwas ungepflegt. Für einen Kurztrip in lauflage zum Zentrum Bardolino ok.

Insgesamt war unsere Urlaub Parc Hotel Germano zufriedenstellend, schön gelegen, sehr sauber und gepflegt, Räumlichkeiten waren sehr grosszügig Kritikpunkt: Klimaanlage bzw. Heizung war sehr laut, Frühstückbuffet war eher 3 Sterne, Personal war teilweise genervt

La suite che ho prenotato non era male, ma il fatto di dover camminare come matti e di fare scale su e giù solo per andare alla reception oppure al parcheggio ci ha sfinito. Con quello che ho pagato vorrei più comodità, non fa per me, sicuramente ho sbagliato io ma non avevo capito quanto distante potesse essere la camera dal complesso principale

Die Anlage ist wunderschön in der Landschaft eingebettet und durch ihre Bauart auch ziemlich ruhig. Das Städtchen ist innerhalb von ca. 15 Min zu Fuss gut zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

The property has a sense of serenity with beautiful views. Its location is excellent a short walk along the lake's promenade gets you right to Bardolino centre with beautiful resraurants and shops. Very clean and the staff are very helpful. Only negative is that the rooms are a bit dated and need an uplift with better decor. Saying that I would still choose this hotel if visiting the area again!

Not a suite experience
Hotel is very nice and staff is friendly. We did however experience issues with the room. Arriving late we found the room ready with a small gift and the jacuzzi turned on, so first impression was very good. When we went to bed we could not turn on the heating, and as it was late we decided not to call for a technician at midnight. It was a chilly night, but when we mentioned next morning, we learned that heating was managed centrally, and the issue was that they forgot to turn it on.. Next topic was the turkish bath not working. We had a technician coming wery quickly, and it appeared to work. When we wanted to use it the following evening, it did however only work for 15 minutes, and then went in error again. Spa treatments were nice and offered value for money. The indoor pool area was more like a swimming pool than a spa area with a high noise level and kids playing. The hotel surroundings, the view and the location is very nice, but we did not have the suite experience we paid for.

Quality family time/trip
The hotel staff are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. My only constructive criticism is that the water from the shower either has little or no pressure in the mornings, and it’s very difficult to regulate the temperature. It was either scalding, hot or freezing cold. Also breakfast was disappointing as unless you got there literally at 7:30 everything was cold, I am aware they sealed the silver platters with hot water, but there didn’t appear to be any candles keeping the hot water hot. Therefore the food was cold. We did have omelettes this morning our last day and only wish we are done that previously in the week but couldn’t see it advertised that they were available.

Lovely place to stay. The properties that had their own pools looked amazing. Our accommodation was spacious and clean. The air con was controlled by reception, you just ring them and they set it at your requested temperature. There are two pools. One for children, and one that is adults only (this has lovely views over the lake). Pool towels are provided in the room. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice and lots of indoor and outdoor seating. All staff were polite and helpful. There is plenty of parking near the reception area and also underground parking. Easy walking distance to Bardolino and Garda.

Sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft in einer großzügigen Parklandschaft. Absolut ruhig und trotzdem in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß im Ortszentrum und am See. Einziger Mangel ist die Sauberkeit des Frühstücksgeschirrs und der Aussenanlagen (Wege und Treppen im Zentralbereich)

Fantastic hotel and spacious room, separate lounge kitchen and master bedroom. Well equipped kitchen and lovely patio for evening drinks and meal. Breakfast very good, views over the lake and beyond. Great location

Hyggeligt hotel som vi havde besøgt i 2017 med stor succes. Maden i restauranten var lækker. Morgenmaden ok dog ingen variation. Haven og omgivelserne var fyldt med langt og uklippet græs, masser af ukrudt og træer/buske som bare fik lov at gro så der ingen udsigt var til Garda søen.Når man sad på sin lille terrasse foran sin lejlighed sad man og kiggede på ukrudt og ind i en hæk. Tænker ikke at jeg vil anbefale stedet mere :-( med mindre man godt giver kigge på ukrudt.

Die Suite mit eigenem Pool war schon besonders. Der Pool toll, die Terrasse wurde leider nicht gereinigt, somit im Zimmer immer dreckiger Fußboden. Gärtner und Hausmeister immer unterwegs, aber ist ist halt alles in die Jahre gekommen Frühstück: hier kommt man sich vor wie im Hundehotel: sehr viel bellende und kläffende Köter (ja ich mag keine Hunde) Rühreier glichen einer Suppe, Spiegelei hart, Saft billig, Obst aus der Konserve, aber gute Wurst Ob ich wieder komme? Eher nein

A little disappointing
Excellent views to the lake and hills from the restaurant, but the hotel rooms were a little tired and the surrounding foliage quite overgrown. The lawn outside our apartment was full of long weeds and the hedge hungover the path. The bed was quite uncomfortable. A wide selection of options for breakfast but the heated stuff was usually cold. The hotel is a good 15-20 min walk uphill from Bardolino which can be quite challenging in the heat. There is no shuttle service.

Schöne Unterkunft. Leider wurde im Nachbarzimmer früh Staubgesaugt (Zentralstaubsauger) und von unserer Steckdose in der Wand kam ein lautes Geräusch - an schlaf war da nicht mehr zu denken!

Gerne wieder, dann hoffentlich mit besseren Betten
Schönes sauberes Apartment...allerdings war uns das Doppelbett zu hart und das Schlafsofa war komplett durchgelegen. Die Lage ist top. Die Liegestühle direkt am Zimmer waren toll. Frühstück war gut und auch die Außenanlagen sind gepflegt. Hunde sind willkommen :)

Wunderschöne Hotelanlage in einem großzügigen Park mit Fußwegen und Blick auf den See. Sehr schöne und durchdacht ausgestattete Suiten mit hochwertigem Mobiliar und viel Stauraum. Großes Bad mit Dusche und Wanne. Sehr freundliches (und hundefreundliches) Personal. Gutes Frühstück auf einer tollen Terrasse, die im Winter zu einem großzügigen, rundum verglasten Wintergarten geschlossen werden kann. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Heizung hat sich nicht wirklich regulieren lassen, sodass es im Zimmer eigentlich immer zu warm war, was für ein schlechtes Klimagewissen gesorgt hat. (Vermutlich aber nur eine defekte Heizungssteuerung.)
