マリオットメンバーの友人と行ったが、たまたまネットで予約したが、1泊7万近く払った割に部屋は狭いし、トイレも風呂もすりガラス張りでラブホテルみたいでした。ちなみに友人は、ワンダフルルームオーシャンビューの部屋なのに二階でした。ロケーションはとても不便です。

チェックインの際に荷物運搬のヘルプもなし。チェックイン後には荷物が来ない、間違って他の部屋に運ばれた。最初から混乱。 ホテルの部屋、設備が金額の割には安普請。トイレ、バスも期待外れ。 バルセロナ市内のホテル（ここは満足）に最初３泊して旅行最後２泊をこのホテルにして大いに期待していたが、全くの期待外れ。

タクシーで到着してバゲージを下ろしていたが誰も手伝いに出てこなかった。 モダンで若者向きではあるが全体に騒々しく重厚感と落ち着きはない。 それなりの値段なのに同行した友人の部屋にはバスタブが無かった。

The W is the most amazing place to stay. While not in city center, the hotel offers many dining options, beautiful views, access to the beach, excellent rooms and facilities. Totally worth staying there instead of city center. Staff and food were also excellent. Highly recommend!

I had high hopes for this hotel. To start the the trash can in my room was full upon my arrival. The sink was clogged and the mini fridge did not work, it wouldn't get cold. The light switches in the right side of the bed did not work. The charging station in the left side of the bed didn't work either. The staff were friendly especially Bryan at the bar, but they were unable to get the issues resolved. I wouldn't return to this location. Definitely not worth what I paid for the room. The view however was beautiful and the access and proximity to restaurants and shops was convenient.

The w hotel is nice , the staff is also helpful but when it comes to cleaning the rooms, they need to be mindful not to throw out items that’s just laying around. That’s only issue I had and I had to make a complaint about that oven and that a nice hotel is near the beach it is a bit far from certain areas like Port Vell and the La Rambla with a lot of activities to do so be prepared to do a lot of walking or take a taxi, but I mostly walked All the grapes and there’s another apple so if you could take that, I had no issues with it. Overall, it is a nice hotel but I think it’s better to stay at that hotel if you’re going in the summertime so you could experience the pool parties and the beach

the location and restaurant is super
Unfortunately not everything was great during this stay. This year we were given a room with dirty windows and a view of the rooftop air conditioning. The bottle opener was missing from the room and the telephone didn't work. This was quickly resolved. We wish we had a better stay next year, because so far we have always been completely satisfied.

Péssimo hotel eleito melhor do mundo
A recepção foi péssima . Mal atendimento, quarto não estava pronto. No checkout os computadores estavam desligados e não pude pagar a taxa de turismo cash como desejava. Foi cobrado no cartão de crédito e isso me trouxe encargos pelo uso do cartão devido impostos do governo brasileiro. Hotel muito caro, bonito e com staff despreparado. Como pode esse hotel ter sido eleito o melhor do mundo? Funcionários despreparados, mal educados. Péssimo custo-benefício .

We had previously stayed at the W Barcelona in 2019 and experienced a great time. However, during this stay, when we initially walked into the room, it smelled musty, the room itself was relatively clean. The real letdown was the club and the bar. The first night we went to the club, the music was not the greatest. The second night it was extremely hot, smelled like sewage with a roll of toilet paper in the hallway, no seating, non hotel guests trying to pick up rich men. We then headed down to the bar downstairs to try to at least get a drink in and sat at the bar for a good 10 minutes without any kind of acknowledgment from the bartender. Definitely not the type of experience or service you would expect from a five star hotel. Unsure if I would stay here again.
