Great location! It is walking distance to the beach, El Born, Sagrada Familia, Las Ramblas, and just 2 minutes away from the closest metro station.

The flat is located in the Sant Martí district, a quiet and well-connected residential area of Barcelona. The location is convenient for those looking for accommodation close to the city centre without being in the tourist hustle and bustle.
As for the history of the area, Joan d'Austria was the nephew of Charles V and one of the main generals of Philip II. In 1571, he led the Spanish fleet to victory over the Turks at the Battle of Lepanto. The street named after him was built in the 1970s as part of the urban renewal of the area.
Nearby tourist attractions include the Agbar Tower, an impressive glass and steel structure designed by Jean Nouvel, and the Sagrada Familia, Antoni Gaudí's unfinished masterpiece. There are also several museums nearby, including the Design Museum and the Museum of the History of Catalonia.
For those looking to enjoy the local gastronomy, we recommend visiting some of the typical restaurants in the area, such as Casa Paloma, specialising in Mediterranean food and tapas, or La Mar Salada, known for its contemporary Catalan cuisine.

At the moment, the building next door is undergoing construction. As a result, there may be some noise in the apartment during weekdays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

All foreign vehicles must register to drive around Barcelona.
Those interested will have to request the registration of the vehicle in the Metropolitan Registry of foreign vehicles.
Once the fulfillment of the requirements has been validated, the applicant will be notified of the registration of the vehicle and the authorization to circulate in Barcelona.
Vehicle registration will be resolved (accepted, denied or incomplete) within 15 business days of the request.
There is a € 5 management fee.
- Check in time is 3pm (can be flexible depending on the previous check-out).
- Late check in (after 9pm), is an extra 30 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival
- Check out time is 11am or earlier (can be flexible depending on the following check in).
- We have good relationships with our neighbours and would like to keep it that way, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm.
- Parties are not allowed.
- It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment. In case of breaking this rule the fine will be 150€.
- The flat´s capacity is of 4 people. No additional guests allowed.
- Please take out the trash before check-out.
- Please note that an extra fee could be charged depending of the conditions you leave the apartment.
- You will be required to show your ID/Passport upon arrival. In order to follow local regulations and to be able to register all our guests on the local police’s database, we will have to scan these documents for all guests. I hope this is not an inconvenient!
-A tourist tax will need to be paid separately at check-in in cash. This charge is 6.90€ per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights. Guests up to 16 years old do not pay. Regardless of whether any guest stays for fewer nights, the tax is applied to the total number of nights in the reservation.
-Starting May 1st, the tourist tax will increase to €9.35 (VAT included), per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
- For bookings made on the same day we cannot guarantee that we will be able to welcome you in the apartment within three hours of confirmation of your reservation.
-Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock from the inside when you go out, as this can prevent you from being able to open the door upon your return. If this happens, a locksmith would need to be called, and the cost, depending on the time and urgency, can be quite high (often starting from around €250). In such cases, the guest would be responsible for covering this cost.
