Place is overall nice and spacious however the neighborhood is sketchy and we did not feel safe. A block away a police officer warned us to not walk certain areas as he saw we were a family and then we saw a row of prostitutes on another street next to us. The apartment has 2 AC units. Overall, I would not stay here again as safety was an issue, especially at night time.

Firstly, the location of this apartment was in a very unsafe location in which we could not leave without immediately running into various homeless people appearing to be strung out on drugs. It was very noisy and we did not feel safe going to bed. There were bugs all over the downstairs that were so bad we couldn’t even leave our toothbrushes out. The AC barely worked and didn’t even have a proper draining system, which is very inconvenient when running the AC throughout the night. In addition, we were charged for something we ultimately did not do, and received little to no explanation from the host. The majority of directions were not in our primary language and some were quite unclear, resulting in several misunderstandings and a subpar experience in this home. It is unfortunate that we had this experience because the space has so much potential. Definitely spend your money on a nicer place in a better location.

Great spot for exploring but noisy

Great apartment, suited our needs exactly. Clean, super speedy responses from host. Locely cafe almost opposite the loft. Only thing to note is the noise! Bring ear plugs and an eye mask!

Loft grazioso

Ottima comunicazione con il proprietario dell' immobile, molto gentile e disponibile. La casa è ben arredata e completa di tutto. Unico neo trovandosi su strada sono i rumori a tutte le ore della notte.

Absolutely wonderful apartment

Host was really lovely and so helpful. Really surprised upon entering how big this place is. It’s on the ground floor. Has 2 big bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom, plus a huge kitchen and lounge room and smaller bathroom downstairs. Most things were supplied, loved having washer and dryer and iron. Would have liked a kettle and toaster for breakfast but was ok. Check-in with app was tricky and we mucked it up I think (not sure) but owner answered straight away and came within half an hour to let us in with a key. Towels could have been better, so very thin. It was very noisy and could hear all the street noise. Just small things. Overall location is really good, so close to La Rambla and we really did enjoy this apartment very much. Highly recommend.

Great location in Barcelona

Absolutely loved our stay at this stylish loft in Barcelona! The location is unbeatable — close to great restaurants and cafes, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful at night. The loft itself is beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a perfect stay. The host was friendly and responsive, helping us find our way around and sharing recommendations for places to visit and eat. Check-in was smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better base to explore the city. Highly recommended!

Nel complesso soggiorno positivo

Il loft si troverebbe anche in una ottima POSIZIONE vicino alla rambla e alla metro, purtroppo il contesto in cui è inserito incute poca sicurezza. DOTATO DI OGNI COMFORT, PULITO E COMODO PER 4 PERSONE, MA ECCESSIVAMENTE RUMOROSO, SEMBRA DI ESSERE IN STRADA

Raval is not for everyone

The apartment was beautiful and well equipped however it is located centrally in an area known for crime and it is often very noisy as it on street level on the corner of two streets. The check in system TEDEE was new to me where a downloaded app lets you in and out. It failed the night before i left and Sara had to open it for me remotely. A key is provided once you are in but it was more technically challenging than any apartment i stayed in. If you watch your surroundinds and take cabs late at night, it is a good base to enjoy a wonderful city.

Appartamento molto bello ma...

Appartamento molto bello e dotato di tutti i confort. Vicino alla metro linea 3 fermata paral-lel. In zona ci sono diversi negozi di alimentari per acquistare beni di prima necessita. Procedura del check in/out piuttosto faclle. Unico problema per me non da poco è il rumore che si percepisce dentro la casa. In alcuni momenti sembra di essere a dormire in strada. Non è per niente insonoriZzato.

Sicuramente ottimo appartamento qualità/ prezzo. A pochi passi dalla Rambla e comodo ai servizi , appartamento confortevole e completo di tutto quello che può servire!

Très bien

Très joli loft dans un quartier vivant. Très proche du métro et de las ramblas. Vous aurez du bruit car c’est un quartier très passant mais c’est comme ça si on veut être proche des lieux.
