Welcome to your cozy retreat in the heart of Barcelona’s elegant Eixample neighborhood, located on the iconic Calle Enric Granados. This modern, thoughtfully furnished apartment offers everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay — whether you're visiting for work, vacation, or a bit of both.

Situated in a historic Catalan building, the apartment is designed with warmth and simplicity in mind, combining the charm of traditional architecture with contemporary comforts.

Please note that a full renovation is currently taking place in one of the apartments in the building next door, approximately until the end of March 2026. Work hours are from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday.

Pay the Barcelona tourist tax
Download the guest app using the link sent before arrival
Once done, you’ll receive digital access to the apartment — fast, secure, and fully keyless.

Please note that those steps should be completed at least 24hr before your arrival to organize your check-in. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that you will receive all the instructions in time & there could be considerable delay to enter the apartment (& possible extra charges).

Arrival between 21:00 and 23:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 23:00 and 02:00 is subject to 40 late arrival fee.
