May be for your next staying, the pool will be available after 19:00. And about the air conditioning system, we are sorry about it, but let you know that our maintenace department works constantly to fix it, as you know the summer was too hot. Thank you for your review David.We are happy for choosing us during your recent visit to Barcelona.We apologize for not fully meeting the expectations, as you mention, the were minor improvement works at the lobby area, therefore no rooms were affected and all was back to normal before 6PM.Sorry if this caused any inconveniences.On the other hand, we do have 24/7 room service available at all hotel areas, moreover, our Cocktail bar is open until midnight!
