Room was modernly decorated with good taste and it was clean. A couple of things showed ware and tare (missing toilet paper holder with a hole in the wall, and window curtain was torn apart on one corner), but in general had a nice pleasing feeling. Being in a very busy street, noise was faint due to the double window that was installed.

The property is clean and located close to Casa Battlo and many dining spots. It's not a big issue, but reception is unattended a lot of the time, requiring phone/data calls to access the property. You also need to bear in mind that this is hostal style accommodation - so no fridge, tea making facilities in the room. Some of the rooms windows/doors open onto a tiny internal shared courtyard/lightwell, which can feel a bit insecure. Pricing seemed high for what was provided.

Great location. Reasonable price. Busy street but no street noise through the windows. Entrance hard to find unless you have the building number and even then not clearly marked. Bathroom door missing latch so won’t close. Underneath beds hadn’t been swept.

There is no one ever at the reception, the only way to Communicate is via messaging. They shut down the a/c without telling us for more than a full day the room was hot and although I wrote to them right away I only got a response a day later. The room is 100% humid and you can’t open the only window and it opens on a patio that smells bad. They did offer to give another room, however, I didn’t think it was going to be any better and mold free.
