ステキな時間の連続でした
宿泊ホテルの印象はチェックイン時の対応によってほぼ決まる、と言ってもいいと思いますが、そういう意味で、今回のホテルは最高ランクでした。空港からのタクシーが市街地に入り、ホテルが近付くにつれてワクワク感が高まっていき、ホテルに着いてタクシーのドアが開かれた時、複数のドアマン達のfriendly な笑顔に迎えられる。スーツケースはサッとカートに乗せられチェックインカウンターに案内される。ウェルカムドリンクの爽やか系白ワインで喉をうるわせたら予約内容の確認。必要手続きの全てがスムーズに行われ部屋へ。入った瞬間、あぁ、このホテルを選んでよかった！と心が躍る。 今回の旅は、チェックアウトした後も、タクシーが空港に着くまでウキウキ感が続き、ステキな時間の連続でした。スタッフの皆さん、本当にありがとうございました。
バルセロナ名物のチュロスとホットチョコレート。ホットチョコレートの濃厚な美味しさは秀逸でした！
圧巻！の一言のサグラダファミリア。ホテルスタッフの説明で地下鉄の乗り換えもスムーズでした。
高級ブティックや有名レストランが立ち並ぶGracia通りはホテルから徒歩圏です。
ホテルの二軒隣には“札幌ラーメンキッチン”があり、しょうゆ味が恋しくなった時、助かりました。

Modern and stylish , good location
As a hotel in the very busy location, it’s not surprising the space is not enough but noise from upstairs could be better managed. All staffs were helpful, cocktails from the bar were fantastic.

Regarding the washing machine, kindly take note that the hotel has a laundry service in order to clean your clothes. The Front Desk department are available 24 hours in case that you wish to order something. You do not have to pay for extra amenities such us bath towels ...the hotel provides any extra necessities to our guests with no extra cost. Just need to ask for it. バルセロナ大聖堂横のロケーションの良いホテル
タクシーでホテルに到着するとすぐ中からベルボーイが出てきて笑顔で丁寧に挨拶と荷物運びをしてくれました。受付でもスムーズかつ親切な対応で気持ち良かったです。また部屋のアップグレードや観光案内の手続きをしている間にウエルカムドリンクを聞かれ、早速スパークリングワインで娘と乾杯しながらそのまま部屋にグラスを持ち込み飲み終えました。何でもお客様の立場に立ってのホスピタリティーを感じました。部屋も清潔でしたが角部屋でしたので窓がたくさんあり太陽の日差しがすごく熱かったです。冷蔵庫の飲み物もフリーでしたし、ネスプレッソもあり大変便利でした。夜のターンダウンにはお水とゴディバの72%カカオのチョコレートも付き、良いサービスだと思いました。部屋には浴槽もあり夜はお湯に浸かり疲れもとれました。 全体的に大変居心地の良いホテルでした。夏なら屋上のプールやバーが楽しめてさらに良いかと察します。

バルセロナ間違いなくおすすめホテル
ハネムーンとして5泊の滞在でしたが、ジュニアスイートからスイートへアップグレードしてもらいました。ホテルスタッフも気持ちの良い挨拶で対応もとてもよかったです。 お部屋は広く、浴槽もありました。清潔感あふれ、安心して過ごせました。 清掃やベッドメイキングはこまめに入られるので、夕食に出かけたあいだにお部屋に入られるのは驚かれるかもしれません。ベッドにはゴディバのチョコが置かれます。 朝食はバリエーション変わりませんが、フルーツやスムージーがあり、ヘルシーでした。 立地も海岸沿い、カタルーニャ広場、ランブラス通り、どの方向にも徒歩圏内でとても便利です！！近くにバルやスーパーもあります。 コインランドリーもありました！ おすすめです！

全てにおいて満足のいくホテルでした。数年前の海外旅行雑誌に紹介されていたのを見て予約しましたが、雑誌の間紹介以上に満喫しました。立地はゴシック地区の大聖堂の真ん前で観光に便利。真横に食品マーケットもあり、飲料・食料の調達至便。スタッフのホスピタリティーも良いしセンスも良い。ホテルの大きさ的にも大きすぎず小さすぎずちょうどよく、おちついてくつろげる。共有部分は黒っぽい内装で暗く見えるが、陽の長いバルセロナでの観光後は逆に落着きを感じてくつろげる。部屋は大きくはないが、ベッドサイズは十分広く快適。エアコンもばっちりです。ただ、トイレ＆バスルームの扉がすりガラスなので、ベッド側から透けて見えてしまうのと、トイレの用たしのシルエットがベッドから見え、また音も良く聞こえるので、神経質な人は気になるかも。しかし、水圧、温度調整は良かったです。この施設最大のポイントは屋上のプール。街を見渡しながら境界線を感じず、まるでバルセロナにとけこんで泳いでいるようにさえ思える幻想的なプールです。スタイリッシュながらもくつろげる素晴しいほてるでした

This is a really nice hotel right in the center so it's easy to walk most places. The rooftop bar and pool area is great for chilling out. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was perfect! The area is great right on the edge of the gothic area. Easy subway access too! The road infront of hotel has construction. Kind of annoying, we didnt realize it at th time of booking. Glad we didn't, the staff is exceptional. They would go get a taxi for us and also took all our luggage out to the taxi pickup. Couldn't have been more accomadating! Highly recommend

Hotel has had a recent major refurbishment. I have stayed here a few times, location is perfect! We found our room was modern and comfortable but dark, especially in the shower. No mirror in the room, Only mirror was in the bathroom. We had to ask for an extra bathrobe and teabags, only one of each left for two of us. Staff however were incredibly helpful, just feel the design of the hotel overall is far too dark for such a beautiful building, not an improvement I feel. Roof bar is a lovely improvement. Major roadworks going on outside of the hotel so taxis found it difficult to drop off. We only like coffee and pastries for breakfast, so went to great coffee shop next door…Great stay otherwise

Fantastic Hotel!!
The staff was friendly and amazing! Loved the nightly, turn down service with chocolates. The bedding and pillows were so comfortable, I could have stayed in bed all day!! The spa was amazing! I swear the masseuse has magic hands because my back and legs were sore for days from all the walking I had been doing...and after the massage I was pain free!! I had food and drinks at the rooftop - food, drinks, service were all wonderful. The location is great and walking distance too many shops, restaurants and attractions. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. I highly recommend it and would def stay here again! Special shout out to the doorman/concierge Juan Carlos who one day ran down the street to hail me a taxi during rush hour and generally went out of his way to be friendly and helpful! Great job!!

The hotel does not deserve a 5-star rating. To start with, the carpet outside our room was stained. It wasn’t dust or it would have been hoovered. Upon entering, the entire room was shrouded in dark: dark walls, one small window in the corner, terrible lighting and a window blind that didn’t allow us to open the window as it was in the way. The bathroom had black walls and terrible lighting with a vertical light smack in the middle of the mirror above the basin so you were unable to see yourself! The loo lid came off every day, the basins didn’t drain, the shower didn’t drain either, the plastic bath overflow came off every day and the towels were frayed. Two of the three lifts did not reach the breakfast room and all the walls had massive scuff marks throughout. The staff however were very friendly and helpful, apart from the monosyllabic robot girl at breakfast who barked orders, without a single smile in 4 days. And breakfast was mediocre. To pay nearly a thousand pounds for a room allows me to expect far better than this sadly and I would therefore never go back or ever recommend this place to anyone. ☹️

The accommodations were 5 star, roof top deck with pool was an awesome way to enjoy the sunshine while sipping a cold drink...but above all, the hotel staff were fabulous!

This hotel is in a wonderful location and the rooftop restaurant is amazing. The rooms are not quite as nice as I would have hoped for a five-star hotel. Specifically, the bathrooms are not real rooms, but instead a sectioned-off area with a curtain as a wall. There is a sliding glass door that doesn't fully close for the toilet area, but there is otherwise little privacy. For this reason, the room did not feel luxurious at all, but the lobby and rooftop were very nice and made this stay worth it. The service and staff were absolutely excellent and top notch.

The location can’t be beat and our room was exactly what we needed after a long day of travel. The beds were comfortable and there were a lot of perks but we didn’t get to use them since we were only staying for one night. Would def stay here again!
