We stayed here for a week and we couldn’t recommend more! Location is perfect and a 10 minute walk from the metro and the beach is 200m away. Pool area is small but lovely and the views are great. Our favourite thing about our stay was how big the beds were! My boyfriend woke up saying he was lost in the bed it was so big! This made the long days of walking so worth it! We will definitely be coming back to stay here.

Great quiet location

Great location, away from the noisy tourist areas, close to the beach with outdoor exercise equipment. Loved the rooftop pool, be aware it is not heated. Thomas at the front desk was very helpful. Can pre-buy tickets to many attractions at the hotel. Hop on off bus stop close by.

I really liked the hotel. I loved the room, location, staff. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, local to the beach, city centre, local shops. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

I don't know how this place gets a 4* rating. Although there were 2 small plastic bottles of water in the mini bar (nothing else), there were no glasses provided to drink the water from!

Excellent Location and Staff!

The check in host, Albert, was very helpful and highlighted local tour areas and areas to be wary of pickpockets. Very friendly and curteous with good english language skills along with other members of vheck in staff having good english and french communication. Making check in and questions easy. The rooftop view is also lovely with a pool and bar thats in operation certain parts of the year. The rooms and beds do leave a little to be desired as if you have noisy neighbors above or beside you they can be heard easily. The bed was comfortable enough for a good nights sleep though you woildnt decribe it as deluxe. All in all a good hotel with a great staff for a very reasonable price. With the location close to the beach being the cherry on the preverbial cheese cake.

Met my every need!

The hotel met my every need during my stay. Affordable, friendly and extremely helpful staff. The location was a real bonus considering we planned a beach holiday. However nothing was too far away, 10-13minutes in a taxi in any direction. Had a rambla very close to our location l, just a 5minute walk, where you could find absolutely everything, whether to eat, drink, shop. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for making our trip so enjoyable!!

Nice short break

The hotel was lovely and opposite the beach. Shower was great and beds comfy. We didnt have breakfast because we felt that €15 each was a bit steep for a continental buffet. The nearest stop on the hop on hop off bus was 20min walk away. Overall we enjoyed our stay but next time we would like to stay closer to Port Vall or the city centre to minimise travelling times.

Near a quiet part of the Barcelona / Beach waterfront - about 30-40 mins walk down to the main busy port / Marina and 10-15 mins in either direction to other marinas. 30-40 min distance to the main Rambla , all the major stuff. Metro gets you anywhere in 10-15 mins which was a 10-15 min all away. Breakfast was okay and appreciated it being there and convenient. Likely would opt to try getting breakfast at other places to try new things.

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price

We were really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet expectations — especially for €190 per night. The biggest issue was the noise: we could hear everything from neighboring rooms, and even worse, the air conditioning unit made a loud humming noise even when turned off, which made it really hard to sleep. We switched rooms, but then the WiFi didn’t work at all in the new one, so we were without internet for the rest of our trip. Staff offered complimentary breakfast to make up for the issues, but it wasn’t much of a consolation — the breakfast was poor, and the bacon was undercooked. On top of that, we found ants in the bathroom. The hotel feels outdated and worn, and while there is a shared rooftop terrace, it wasn’t particularly enjoyable — the chairs were uncomfortable, and there was often loud, unpleasant music playing. Overall, this stay was bad value for money. You’re paying a premium price for a good location, but that’s pretty much the only positive. Wouldn’t return.

Clean, friendly and good location

Super friendly staff. Spotless cleaning. Lovely rooftop bar and pool with beautiful views—over the city on one side and the sea on the other. Good breakfast. Spacious family room with a separate children’s bedroom. Nice location in a quieter part of town, close to the beach and a good Argentine restaurant nearby.
