Staff were awesome and extremely helpful. Our rooms were clean and kept up daily. The website states that toiletries are provided however there was only hand soap and shampoo. We had to buy body wash and conditioner. The neighbourhood was quiet and easy to walk.

Después de decidirnos por este hotel para nuestras vacaciones en Barcelona, estábamos un poco temerosos al leer algunos comentarios sobre la inseguridad de la zona. Sin embargo, en cuanto llegamos, Alberto —el chico del front desk— nos recibió con una amabilidad excepcional. Desde el primer momento nos dio consejos para movernos por las zonas más seguras y nos ayudó constantemente con nuestras actividades. Sus sugerencias para aprovechar mejor nuestra estancia y sus recomendaciones gastronómicas fueron excelentes. ¡Gracias, Alberto! Viviana nos atendió durante el desayuno y fue encantadora; estamos muy agradecidos por su atención. En general, fue una estancia muy agradable. El hotel cumplió nuestras expectativas: está muy céntrico, la limpieza es impecable y el restaurante está bastante bien. La única pequeña queja es que la primera noche la habitación estaba un poco caliente, pero las chicas de recepción nos recomendaron apagar nuestro aire y eso resolvió el problema.
