NEW on the rental market! At 5100 feet in elevation and within walking distance to Sugar Mountain’s summit, this stylish, recently renovated condo offers big, unobstructed, long-range views of the NC and TN mountains!
Located at The Reserve, a premier community on Sugar Mountain, this professionally decorated, non-smoking unit will serve nicely as your home away from home. Guests will appreciate the easy entrance from the level parking area to the condo. Cross the short, covered walkway to the building, take two steps down and open the front door.
Six to seven people can sleep comfortably in 2BRs and a spacious semi-private loft. Both the master and guest rooms feature attached bathrooms, comfy King size beds with down-filled comforters, an array of pillows and blankets, ceiling fans and TVs. You may never want to get out of bed!
The loft features a full-size bed and a twin-size futon chair along with an attached bathroom. If you need to “work from home” or check in periodically with an office or clients, a handsome workstation is available in the loft. Wi-Fi is enabled throughout the unit and lighting is good should you need to be on video.
Chefs and family cooks alike will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen which features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. You’ll find all the cookware, barware and gadgets that your favorite recipes demand. And table service for 12 means you won’t be washing dishes for the next meal all the time!
In the living area, the two-story, stacked stone gas fireplace, vies for your attention along with Grady and Earl, two antlered, taxidermy treasures, that appear to have just stepped in from the great outdoors, lending a rustic elegance to the lodge-like unit. You won’t miss the big game or your favorite TV program on the 65-inch Smart TV mounted over the fireplace. Netflix is provided as a courtesy and other streaming services are available if you have a personal subscription.
Just off the living room and accessible through the master bedroom is a 300 square foot covered deck with an outdoor dining set and rocking chairs to enjoy in warmer months. A built-in privacy screen on the far end of the deck allows you to comfortably unwind, soak up the sun, relish a special meal or take in another gorgeous western NC sunset.
Additional amenities include two parking spots, cable TV, Internet, jetted tub and walk-in shower in the Master bath, a new, upsized hot water heater, full-size HE front-loading washer and dryer and a bevy of board games to keep you busy on dreary days! Grocery stores, pharmacy and other necessities are nearby along with wonderful restaurants, shopping and activities like skiing, skating, snowboarding, tubing, hiking, golf, tennis, fishing, rafting, college sports and local attractions. Do it all or do nothing – either way you’ll be happy you chose to stay at Reserve 28A!
Please note, no pets are allowed. Max occupancy is 6. 4x4/awd, chains or snow tires needed in winter. Also, EV charging is not allowed at the Reserve. There is a $100.00 fine for anyone found charging one. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign rental agreement upon booking.
