Excellent, cozy and convenient! Centrally located to Boone, Blowing Rock and the Grandfather Mountain area. Fit three families perfectly. Rachel was very responsive to all of my questions and super easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again!
The house is very spacious and accommodated our families very well, Location is great and close to all the area attractions. We enjoyed our stay immensely
Beautiful home that is large enough for a family get together. Everyone could spread out and play games or enjoy the hot tub. Easy location between all the attractions.
Cannot say enough great things about this stay and our hosts! We had a wonderful time at the property - everything was clean and well-taken care of, and our group had plenty of space to spread out and hang out. Will most definitely be staying here again!
We had the best time celebrating with family. This home is so inviting, clean and just overall wonderful. We will definitely book this again! Highly recommend!
You could not ask for a better home with as many people that we had! This home is cozy yet incredibly roomy. The layout of the home provides plenty of room as well as individual privacy. We had 11 adults. At no point did anyone feel that they were on top of each other. The bedrooms are all nice size. The ample kitchen provided plenty of room for us girls to all cook in together without feeling on top of each other. The fireplace is to die for. We spent many hours playing monopoly in front of the gorgeous fireplace. Highly recommend!
This home is gorgeous and well stocked with everything we needed. The owner, Rachel, was fantastic in her responses to our inquiries. Wonderful location to all surrounding communities and activities.
My family and I enjoyed the cabin. Great location if you are wanting to be close to Boone and Blowing Rock. Nice cabin with plenty of room. We had 11 family members enjoying thanksgiving together.
This property was clean and spacious. It is great for kids, family and friends. It has many things to do indoors. It also has a jacuzzi and fire pit outdoors where we enjoyed making smores.
The owner is easy to get in touch with and access to the place was also very simple.
My family and friends loved our stay and recommend it.
Our family of 12 had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful cabin. With the 3 floors and 4 porches, it gave plenty room to spread out and enjoy some alone time. The hot tub was great to relax even though the weather was a little nippy. The owners were very friendly and helped with all our questions and quick to respond. We found that shopping, parks, restaurants, lots of attractions and the mast general store was a short drive. Great area to visit.
This property was amazing, so much room for everyone, nice and clean with lots of fun games to play. The ping pong table even got our teens off their devices! The location was great, close to downtown and the owner made the whole process easy. They even left my son’s favorite candy as a welcome gift. He was thrilled. We’d love to stay here again.
My family had a wonderful time at this cabin and the surrounding area. We had ages 2 to 79 years old in our group — the cabin served us well, and there are a lot of family-friendly activities nearby. The game room is awesome!!! Plenty of space to spread out in the house. Heads up, the floors upstairs are creaky. Rachel was an excellent host; she was very responsive and addressed our concerns quickly.
We went to Beech and Sugar Mountain skiing with our kids. The proximity to each was great as well as it's location to Boone. We all had an amazing time. Rachel was the best host... Quick and helpful communication. The home was very comfortable and cozy. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit out back! Thanks for a wonderful stay and the opportunity to make great family memories. :-)
Love the house, lots of space and beautifully decorated! It rained a lot so we didn’t get to spend much time outside, we did enjoy the hot tub for an hour or so. The kids and adults loved the game room! We all had a blast in there. Overall a great weekend!! Thank you for all your help and kindness!!!
Our family of 12 people had a very nice Christmas Eve and Christmas night stay. The owner was very easy to work with and had excellent communication and overall made it a point to make sure that everything was going well throughout the trip. The house had an interesting combination of large gathering areas and yet also had areas in which one could spend individual time away from the group. The kitchen and dining area easily handled our group of 12. The game room and game activities was a hit. We had a wonderful stay and we give the property a high evaluation score and recommendation.
We had the pleasure of staying at this large cabin in the mountains for our family reunion, and it was nothing short of magical! Nestled among towering Tulip Poplar trees, this cabin was the perfect backdrop for our gathering.Accommodations:The cabin boasts five spacious bedrooms, each tastefully decorated and equipped with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. We loved that each room had its own unique charm, providing everyone with a cozy retreat after a day of activities.Game Room:One of the standout features of the cabin was the game room. Equipped with a pool table, air hockey, and a variety of board games, it provided endless entertainment during our downtime. We spent hours laughing and competing, creating memories that we’ll cherish for years to come. The room was spacious enough for everyone to spread out, yet cozy enough to feel intimate.Common Areas:The large windows allowed natural light to flood in, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The fireplace added a touch of coziness, especially during the evenings when we gathered around to share stories. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook for our large group.
Perfect cabin for a family trip! Great location (close to all our favorite spots), plenty of room, great kitchen, and the kids LOVED the playroom area. Owners are super helpful and great with communication. Had the best fall weekend!
The kitchen was great. Our family of 10 was able to enjoy meals together. Hasn’t been the case in the past. The microwave wasn’t working and we didn’t have enough forks. But nether of those things were a big deal to us. We enjoyed our stay so much we hope to stay again Christmas of 26.
