It's our second stay in Sindhorn Midtown and it still feels great! The breakfast is yummy, staff are nice, pool is awesome. Overall it's another lovely stay and highly recommended!

We are so grateful during our stay at Sindhorn Midtown. The place is awesome with nice fresh flowers in the lobby. The whole building is clean and staff is very respectful and helpful in assisting us. Bangkok 78 is an amazing place to eat and explore different food and drinks of Bangkok. The ambiance, music and attentiveness of staff makes the experience a memorable one. The pool has the amazing view and with Bangkok heat, its such a replenishing feeling dippingi into the water. We cannot find any negative points during our stay. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will find a vignette hotel IHG on our next trip and vacation. Love the place!

The staff are extremely nice and the hotel is super clean. You can’t find any dust in the room and the room is cleaned everyday during my stay! The concierge staff is also very kind to help us call grab transportation and take care of our luggage. No noise during our stay and the room is very comfortable. Will come back later for sure!

Beautiful hotel with great amenities. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had lots of options. The staff was very kind and welcoming and the room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

IHG prides itself in highest standards of cleanliness but Sindhorn Midtown turned out to be a disappointment. We initially booked a studio room and got assigned to one in building B. We found a pair of shoes left behind by a previous guest in the shoe cabinet, nose snot on the wallpaper, and later that night the water heater in our room broke down halfway through my shower. We were then transferred to a standard room in the main building. Much better but I still find a thick layer of dust collecting behind the bedside speaker and a temporary fix for hairdryer plug, disturbing. The staff were nice but we felt they fall short in terms of the training and the way they handle complaints. I also notice a contrast between the public area vs. the room. Things look nice and well kept at public areas. It’s a disappointing experience for a 5-star, we expected more than this.

打掃並不是非常的乾淨，一些小細節不夠好，例如空調出風口及窗台邊角部分。 泳池座位及躺椅數量不足，時常需要等待前面的客人離開。 整體來說算是中規中矩，不過非常靠近市中心，如果喜歡逛街的人可以用走的到達不少景點。
