サイアムのど真ん中であるにも関わらず、とても静かでプールも広いし、ライフガードの方々も子供にボールを貸してくれたり、とてもフレンドリー朝食の内容はとても素晴らしかったが、外は喫煙可能な席もあるため、煙草のにおいが気になった。レストランは全面禁煙にしたほうが良いと思う。部屋のアメニティはスペインのスパブランドでテクスチャーが滑らかで使いやすく、質もよかった。夫が誕生日だったため、部屋に風船やケーキが用意され、とてもスペシャルな滞在になった。子供には部屋に大きなクッキー、スタンプラリーでプチギフトをもらえたり、キッズクラブが無料で使えたりと、とても良い。キッズクラブはアクティビティも毎日違い、飽きない工夫がされていた。子供達が滞在中、毎日行きたがり、スタッフに大変良くしていただいた。そのおかげでゆっくり観光や買い物をできたが、長女がキッズクラブを気に入りすぎて、観光に行きたくないと言い出だして困った。バンコクにくることがあれば、また利用したい。

スタッフが良かった

私はホテル滞在中に息子とはぐれてしまい、とても心配して色々な場所を探し回っていました。そんな私を見て、周りのスタッフの方が声をかけてくれてセキュリティ担当の方もカメラをチェックして子供を探し出す事ができました。その後も、チェックアウト後にプールでゆっくりしていると、お水やスムージーをサービスで持ってきてくださり嬉しかったです。ホテルのスタッフの対応は、どの方も優しくて丁寧でした。素晴らしい教育がされているなと思いました。また必ず行きます！

立地が大変良いのに、プールもとても広くてリゾート感あり、ロビーはゴージャスな雰囲気。ミシュラン星付きレストランも備えて、朝食はフリースパークリングやコームハニーがあり充実。フタッフも皆とても心地良い。今回2度目の滞在だけれど、また次回も宿泊したい。

最高！また泊まりたい！

都会のホテルでゆっくりしたい方には本当におすすめです。ホテルの内側に面したプールで半日ゆっくりしたり、買い物がしたくなったらモールに直通できるので大変便利です。ホテルの皆さんもフレンドリーで朝食では名前で読んでくれたりなどサービス満点です。朝食もビュッフェだけではなく個別に一品料理を何品でも頼めます。このホテルに居る間は一日二食でお腹一杯でした！部屋もこまめな清掃をしてくれます。バンコクに滞在し遠出せずホテルでゆっくりされたい方には本当におすすめします。

・クリスマスに宿泊。財布をすられていた為、デポジットを現金でお願いしたら、さりげなく部屋をアップグレードしてくれました。盗難に遭ってなかったら、アップグレードがなかったかどうかは不明ですが、有り難い気持ちになりました。・サイアムパラゴンに隣接。都心の一等地にこんな立派なホテルがあることに驚きました。・キッズルームにはTVゲームもあり、大きい子も暇を持て余さないと思います。・朝食の内容も充実。久し振りにバフェが楽しめました。

とても良かったです。ただ、部屋がちょっと狭い感じがしました。それは、スイートを予約しなかったからだと思います。ホテルはとても良かったです。

タイでNo.1のホテル。家族でも楽しめます。

今まで滞在したタイのホテルで一番のホスピタリティ、ロケーションでした。ビジネスでも家族旅行でも安心安全に過ごせます。食事も非常に美味しかった！です。

立地が個人的には不便と感じる。車で行くのに隣接するサイアムパラゴンに出入りする車で渋滞かなり時間がかかる。

気品のあるホテルです

ここはすごいホテルです。おそらくバンコクで一二を争うのではないかな。スタッフも洗練されていて、設備面も完璧。気品のあるホテルなので、泊まる客もなんだか姿勢があらたまります。いい経験させていただきました。
