Although, we try our best to maintain the decorum of the hotel for our guests, but sometimes it becomes a daunting task to manage large groups during late hours. We were having some technical difficulties with our WIFI network on that day but the issue has been resolved and we assure you that you won't have that problem again during your stay at Kuun. We also apologize for the noise. We had a tour group in our hotel that day and that might have been the cause of the noise. Dear Rick, Thank you so much for your feedback on our hotel. As you know, Thailand is one of the most popular tourist destinations around the world and thus we get tourists from all across the world. Most asian tourists including Chinese tourists, usually come in large groups as part of a group tour which might have made it seem like we cater more towards Chinese tourists. But we assure you that we are not biased towards any particular group of tourists and try to cater to the needs of all of our guests equally. Due to these large numbers of tourists in the tour groups, it sometimes becomes a daunting task for us to manage them, which can cause some inconvenience to other guests. We always try our best to keep these situations under control and we will continue to do so in the future as well. As for the cold eggs and potaotes, our heating equioment had unfortunately malfunctioned during that time and we have since replaced the heating equipment with a better quality one. We appreciate your honest feedback as it’s these honest reviews that help us to improve more and more.
