First time I booked 1 night to stay on the day of my arrival. When I arrived at the hotel, I added 1 additional night, so I could recover from jet lag. I received free shuttle from airport and free breakfasts. The lady was very nice welcoming me at the airport and found a place for me to sit down waiting for a shuttle to the hotel. Everything was great. I therefore booked another night to stay before leaving BKK the next morning. I booked the same way and the same price as before. Also I read what services included in the price before I confirmed booking. When I checked in on January 6th afternoon and asked for 5:30am shuttle to BKK airport, the front desk lady asked me to pay BT200 for the shuttle. She said it was not included in the price. I booked exactly the same way when I arrived and before I departed Bangkok. The front desk lady would not listen to me, only wanted me to pay her BT 200. I saw no point of arguing with her, so I paid her. To me it was very inconsistent service. I paid the same price for both times; however, I received different services. I told her that I would not stay there again.
