ホテルの前は、ナイトマーケットもやっており歩いてすぐに大きなスパーマーケット、近くの川沿いに雰囲気のあるオールドマーケット、タクシーで１０分ぐらい行けばアウトレットモールもありタイから帰る一日前に宿泊してお土産等。買うのには充分でした。

空港送迎場所の看板がわかりにくい。そもそも看板自体が掲げられていなかった。空港で待つホテル担当係員も、スマホから一度も顔をあげずに面倒くさそうに応対するだけだった。しかも待ち時間も長いので送迎付きではなく自分でタクシーに乗っていく方がストレスが少ない。

部屋は口コミ通り清潔で快適でした。 夕方に空港についてからタクシーで移動しましたが、途中渋滞していて25分かかりましたがタクシー代は150バーツでした。　ホテルから空港の移動は深夜だったのでホテルの送迎を利用しましたが、約10分で到着しました。　渋滞の時間でなければ、トランジット時の利用に便利でコストパフォーマンスもよいと感じました。

気になった点 : スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
チェックインして外出する際、カードキーが壊れているのを発見。鍵は直らず、部屋を移ることになり、広げた荷物をまとめて移動すると、直ったからまた同じ部屋に戻れと言われた。すみませんの一言も無かった。再度外出しようとしたが、また鍵が壊れていた。戻るまでに直すと言われて数時間後に戻ったらまだ壊れたままだった。暑い中廊下で長いこと待たされたが、また謝罪の言葉は無かった。二度と来ません。

空港近くで便利
空港に近く空港への無料の送りサービスがあったので早朝便の前泊に使用しました。 隣には小さなマーケットやコンビニ、ミニスーパーがありました。 レストランは見当たりませんでしたのでホテルのレストランで食事しましたが、安くて味も問題なくてなかなか良かったです。 またこのホテルを利用するつもりです。

新しい清潔なホテル
シャワーの水圧が非常に弱かった。 シャワーエリアが開放的で洗面台、トイレ回りが広範囲に濡れます。 バスタオルはありましたがフェイスタオルはありませんでした。 近くにコンビニはありますがレストランは少ないです。 ホテル内のタイ料理レストランは安くておいしくおすすめです。

Your absolutely horrible breakfast buffet sort of spoils the stay and the lack of certain necessary amenities. There was no hand soap in the bathroom and when I asked the housekeeper, I was told that they didn’t have any. The shower head leaked. There was no sign on the phone for front desk, room service, housekeeping, etc., No place to open your suitcase up. Not disability friendly.

overnight stopover no issues
As an overnight stop over hotel this place has what you need, Room is a good size. bathroom is Thai style, pool looked OK and breakfast was a small buffet (cold fried eggs) Location, lots of street food. general stores all around. Taxi was 100bt against hotel shuttle 200bt (don't use)

Arriving and departing Bangkok
First time I booked 1 night to stay on the day of my arrival. When I arrived at the hotel, I added 1 additional night, so I could recover from jet lag. I received free shuttle from airport and free breakfasts. The lady was very nice welcoming me at the airport and found a place for me to sit down waiting for a shuttle to the hotel. Everything was great. I therefore booked another night to stay before leaving BKK the next morning. I booked the same way and the same price as before. Also I read what services included in the price before I confirmed booking. When I checked in on January 6th afternoon and asked for 5:30am shuttle to BKK airport, the front desk lady asked me to pay BT200 for the shuttle. She said it was not included in the price. I booked exactly the same way when I arrived and before I departed Bangkok. The front desk lady would not listen to me, only wanted me to pay her BT 200. I saw no point of arguing with her, so I paid her. To me it was very inconsistent service. I paid the same price for both times; however, I received different services. I told her that I would not stay there again.

This is a good hotel for an overnight stay between flights and having the shuttle bus available is very convenient as it is located a little bit far from the airport. Quiet location next to a market and 7/11 is a plus. We paid to upgrade to a larger room and whilst it was quiet and comfortable it definitely hadn't been cleaned very thoroughly. Layers of dust on the bathroom accessories and the shower head appeared to be pointing to the ceiling. Despite that I would recommend this hotel for value for money as an overnight stay near the airport.

I liked the market with varieties of fresh fruits and foods. The market is next to the hotel. It is a great hotel with a very reasonable price including great service of the shuttle and good buffet in the morning. I will stay there again. I would have rated higher if the front desk personnel received more training on customer service.

I would’ve liked a more updated accommodation. Old towels, old bathroom, but bed & sheets were good. Very loud people in the neighboring room. It was just for one night, so it was ok. Staff was excellent.
