コロナ前から何度も宿泊に利用していましたが久しぶりに今回宿泊利用しましたが 部屋の設備のメンテナンスが悪いのとホテルの清掃員が少ないのか廊下や部屋の清掃が行き届いていない状況でした。 4泊しましたが毎回夕方に部屋に帰って来てもルームクリーニングがされてなく 酷い日は部屋の入り口の扉が開けっぱなしの状態で帰って来たらビックリしました。 利便性は良いのですがホテルの対応が悪いので次回から他のホテルに宿泊します。 友人達からも次回からは他のホテルでお願いしますと言われました。 今回の旅行は非常に残念でした。

Staff and service were very good. The night view from the rooftop was also wonderful. However, the building and equipment were very old and rickety and gaping. There were flies even though we stayed in a high rise. The faucets and curtains are old and have many stains. It is a nice place and needs to be remodeled or otherwise improved.

エグゼクティブクラブを予約しました。 最上階19階で専用ラウンジもスタッフ対応や夕方からのアルコール提供など　とても快適でした。屋上のプールからの夜景も素晴らしく、また朝食も種類が多く満足でした。立地も駅から10分位かな？また利用したいと思います。

クラブROOMを推める。 スーペリアは下層階、デラックスは中層階、18階以上がクラブROOM。23時までコーヒーやコーラが飲める。 ちっちゃいケーキやスナックもある。18〜20時はビールや ワインなどのカクテルタイム有り。 これが付いてスーペリアやデラックスと2〜3千円しか違わない。造りはほぼ同じ。スーペリアのみ内装が違う。 デラックスとクラブROOMは同じ。 お得感はクラブROOMが1番。 徒歩圏内に食事場所は困らない。 しかしBTSや地下鉄迄は徒歩では少しキツイかも… 1万以下ならオススメする。 泊まるだけなら、スーペリアでもgood。スーペリアなら6千円以下かな…
