ホームページのホテルの写真
ホームページのホテルの写真が 全く違うホテルに感じました。 大きなホテルにプールが掲載されていますが、 そんな雰囲気は、ありませでした。

寝るだけならいい。
朝食は美味しかったですが、とにかく中国人が多くて、中国にいるような感じです。 廊下が一直線で長くて部屋まで辿り着くのに大変です。

部屋は綺麗だが、近くに飲食店などはない
トランジットのために宿泊しました ホテルの近くには何もなく、セントラルデパートまで1km位の距離がありますので、活動の拠点としてはお勧めできません 部屋は綺麗です 残念な点は、WiFiが有料なところ

毎日BITECなら近くのホテルを。
近くの出展会場（BITEC）出の仕事の為、利用。歩いて15分だが、タクシーを使えば、ものの2分で着くので便利。ただ会場からの帰りは一通の為、大回りになるので歩くしかない。大通りから奥まった住宅地にあり、近くの川がちょっと臭い。宿泊が低コストなので、割り切れれば大丈夫かも。部屋は、日本の地方にあるボロいビジネスホテルを広く、こぎれいにした感じ。同じ系列でもうちょっと近くにもホテルがある。

大型HOTELだが、ソフトが矢張り２つ星レベル。中国人など団体客も多く、うるさい。 駅に行くのもタクシーが必要。

部屋、ロケーション、価格ともにリーズナブル。
チェックイン時にプリントした予約表を見せたが、最初は困惑している様子であった。ホテル側の問題ですが、ほかの従業員がどこかに電話してOKとなった。以前も利用しているホテルなので、そのほかの面では問題ない。今回新しい建物の部屋になったが、広さやベランダの有無などから値段は若干高いけど、前の建物の部屋の方が個人的には好きです。

Hotel was far from the main road. Hotel charged me the full four days stay, though, I wanted to stay two days, they refused to refund me the balance, unless Expedia sent them a letter to confirm, I will stay two days, instead of four days.

The property is not at 4 star rating and it has run down. The aircon was not working on the first day. The bathroom was either broken tiles or dirty.

I was not satisfy because when I went to the room, there was no hot water in the shower. J am from the USA and I need hot water in the shower.The shower curtain was dirty. The water in the face basin was running very slowly. There was no cable channels. I am English.

Save your money for something better
Have stayed here before and it was great (4 years ago). This visit to Thailand we stayed two separate times (first couple days and the last four days of a three week vacation) and each time it was disappointing to say the least. Food had been great in the past and is now expensive and not too good. Condition of property is horrible and dirt. Place is filled with rude tourists

Stay away!
Stayed here 15 years ago and it was great. Good food at restaurant, great service and staff, clean hotel with nice rooms. Stayed here seven times from 2003 to 2009 and it was great. NOW... they built two more buildings to accommodate massive crowds of Chinese tourists on buses. (Rudest groups of people are people escaping repression of their own government and feeling that the whole world owes them) food sucks, service is worse and somehow they found rudest people in a country of kindness to work there. All in all, don’t stay here

One night in BangNa.
Rude staff at the front desk and a lot of mildew in the bathrooms, despite the decent breakfast buffet.

An old & poorly maintained hotel .
Very old- poorly maintained hotel. Condition of common area and rooms are not so good. bathroom is very very basic, shower not working properly. it seems hotel is not maintained at all. Staff are not so friendly like you find people in Thailand. Breakfast was of lower than average quality. Location is very odd. Check properly before you book. I will never stay again here.

Hotel away from city
I was given a room that was not fit to stay because of a very bad odour from what felt like a broken sewage pipe. I was given a new room in the main wing which was better by far. The rooms are ok, the whole place needs an upgrade. I had to wipe the dust off counter-tops which I would not expect to do in a hotel! The location of the hotel is not ideal because you have to take a cab to have dinner. That being said, you have a great choice of food at the staff are doing their best, but the hotel needs some work done.

Заселение моментально, стоянка для машин, главное не промахнуться при заезде в переулок с главной дороги объезд 10 км, номера в корпусе B подушатанные, вид из окна на соседние частные огороды и домишки так себе, на полу волосы, постель не белоснежная и сырая, звукоизоляция 0, бассейн чистый и большой можно нырнуть рыбкой, есть место для совсем маленьких, очистка без хлорки, завтраки хорошие с неплохим выбором, расположен до центра и до аэропорта одинаково на авто по 30 минут, рядом большой ночной рынок и много торговых центров, один с аквапарком, в целом для транзита и по цене-качеству не плохо.

Zuerst hat man uns ein wirklich ganz bescheidenes, schmutziges Zimmer mit Ausblick auf eine Mauer in einem Nebengebäude gegeben. Hat nichts mit dem Hotelbild im Internet zu tun !!! Nach Reklamation bekamen wir dann anstandslos ein relativ schönes Zimmer sogar mit toller Aussicht. Matratzen waren allerdings unterirdisch schlecht !! Hotel war voll mit Chinesen. War aber ganz ok.

It was an OK hotel, I wouldn't rate it 4 stars out of 5, but 4 out of 6 which isn't really a thing. Pretty good for the price. Not to close to transportation, about a mile from the train. Taxis in Bangkok are hit and miss, many drivers didn't know where AVANA was and wanted to take the LOOOOONG way there. The facility is pretty old, but maintained pretty well. It was clean which is very important to me.
