"Such a beautiful area, just like the pictures online. Martha met us when we arrived and showed us several things. She was very responsive in communicating with us and We really enjoyed having our own personal rooms and bathrooms for two couples! Sheep right outside the front door! It was great!!"

"Loved staying here. Tom, the host, was full of great ideas about what to visit. The accommodation had everything we needed and more. The location was great as we could get anywhere in Southern Ireland with ease. So easy to find using Google maps and the postcode. It was so quiet at night compared to where I live. "

"What a wonderful visit!I was in Ireland for the funeral of my uncle. Theresa and John welcomed my family members before I even arrived as they were in Ireland before me. The home was as beautiful, comfortable, warm, clean, and steeped in great history. It suited our needs perfectly. But, the cherry on top were the quick little helpful visits (requested, not surprise) by John and Theresa, ensuring our visit was a lovely as it could be. Thank you! "

"Our second visit to the Cozy Cot this time for my mother’s 90th birthday. We absolutely love it here and the house is amazingly spacious and grand. Surrounded by trees, parkland and in view of a lake, the sound of birdsong is deafening and I picked up a few new ‘life list’ birds on my Merlin app. It is easy to feel at home straight away and a very relaxing place to stay, thanks to the welcoming hospitality of Tabitha and family. We will return again!"

"Breakfast was good. Full irish breakfast each morning with options for continental breakfast foods too if you wanted it. Room was clean and staff were attentive to not intrude if you were in the room and were happy to come back later. The bar was nice and had live music in the evening which was very good. Food and drinks served were good. We ate dinner there and it was very nice with pricing being similar to other restaurants in the area. All staff were lovely and friendly. Happy to help with any request. Parking was covered at the back of the hotel which is a bit of a hill to deal with with luggae but not a big issue. Only real issue was checkin being at 3pm. Having arrived early (8am) I had several hours to kill until I could check in but I understand you cannot have the flexible room service and then expect early checkins. I have stayed here multiple times and would do so again. "
