solution for a holiday getaway or business trip. KOI Living has a
stunning rooftop communal pool, with an entertainment / braai area to
enjoy a good old fashioned South African braai and get-together.
This stylish two-bedroom apartment radiates a welcoming atmosphere and
can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. One bedroom consists of a
queen bed while the other bedroom consists of two three quarter
beds. The bathroom is gorgeously styled in a modern fashion
that boasts a shower.
A fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher guarantees limitless
convenience; allowing you to experience the full luxury of a
self-catering apartment. The living area provides a small dining table
and a wall-mounted smart TV with access to WIFI and Netflix; setting
the mood for the chilly nights spent indoors.
KOI Living ensures guests are comfortable at all times, providing
safety in the form of secure parking bays and a safety gate with
guarded security access. This means that you can enjoy your stay in
Ballito without having to worry about the little things. KOI Living
also houses a Mangwanani Spa, a perfect way for any guest to unwind and

A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
