Anytime we had a question, they replied quickly and were genuinely helpful and kind.The villa itself was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It was clear that Katie and Edie put a lot of care into making sure their guests feel at home. The space was well stocked, thoughtfully prepared, and just an easy place to settle in and enjoy.The location of the villa was amazing—perfectly situated and convenient to everything we wanted to do, while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. "We had a wonderful stay at Tee Time on Bald Head Island! This home was truly perfect for our family, our toddler, and our two golden retrievers. The house was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, making it easy to relax right away. One of the best features was that every bedroom has its own large, clean, and beautifully maintained bathroom—which was so nice, especially when traveling with family. It made mornings and evenings incredibly easy and stress-free. We also loved how close the home is to the club, making it very convenient to get around. The golf carts were a huge highlight—having both a newer 6-seater and a newer 4-seater was ideal and made exploring the island effortless. Evenings were extra special with beautiful sunset views, and the peaceful setting made it easy to unwind after busy beach days. Traveling with a toddler and dogs can sometimes be challenging, but this home made everything easy and enjoyable. The iTrip team was great to work with—responsive and professional from start to finish. Tee Time truly felt like a home away from home, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"We had a great time spending Thanksgiving at this lovely house which has a great location and plenty of room for my family. Enjoyed having 31/2 bathrooms and the beds in the bedrooms were very comfortable. Having two golf carts made getting around easy and we could also split up and go to different destinations. "
