"The house was great! It was perfect for our big family and easily walkable to the beach. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have seen in a rental. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. I would love to rent this house again!"

"Dianne was prompt in answering our questions and addressing any concerns. The layout of the house was great with the family space being the central open area. The rooms were cozy and had all of the things that we needed for our stay. We enjoyed our visit and would stay again. Only thing I would note for those that it would matter, is that the listed grill is not full size but rather a small portable charcoal grill."

"The home where we stayed was very nice. We had everything that we needed. South Beach was incredible. The location of the home provide easy access to East Beach and South Beach. The kitchen was well-stocked and YouTube TV was very easy to use. The octopus shower head was an added bonus. Bald Head Island is an amazing place and the stay in this home was fantastic. Finally, the communication with the owner was top-of-the-line! We hope to come back."

"We’ve coming to Bald Head Island for many years and we have stayed in lots of different houses in different locations, and this house was by far the best. Beautiful home that fit our very large family and is in a great location! The house is beautiful and very well stocked. Danielle and Jeff were also very responsive to all messages and made sure we had everything we needed. We hope to stay there again next year!"

"Rum runner is a beautiful home in an ideal location! We loved being able to walk to the Shoals Club, the beach, the park/ the Common, and The BHI Conservancy. It was great to be able to have our dogs with us at the home. The living room has a nice big comfy sectional. (Plenty of room for our group of 7 adults to relax and visit.) Loved that it has 3 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The golf carts were the best we have had on the island. The host responded promptly when we had a question. We hope to return soon and stay again at Rumrunner!"

"We loved our stay on BHI at this lovely property! The view of the beach from the balcony was amazing, and Carol was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Great location, nice kitchen and clean rooms. Having 2 golf carts to use while there was also very nice. We will be back!"

"Favorite part was the view from the rocking chairs on the porch! House was very clean, decorated nicely, comfortable beds, golf carts in good shape. Central to a lot of things, easy walk to south beach and quick golf cart ride to east beach."
